Panty Hog (www.usedpantyportal.com) is an information, community site, and news portal. It provides a venue for members of a fetish community to interact by posting information and discussing topics of interest to them.
Panty Hog does not condone or make recommendation one way or the other as to whether an individual should purchase or sell goods. Any sales or exchange of products resulting from information, auction listings, or member ads on the Panty Hog web site are solely the responsibility of the individuals involved in the transaction.
Panty Hog is only permitted to be used by legal adults who know the laws of their community, any inherent risks, and their responsibilities before visiting this site, or deciding to sell or buy anything.

AGE AND LEGAL ACCESS CERTIFICATION.
By accessing and/or registering at www.usedpantyportal.com hereafter referred to as Panty Hog, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older (21 years of age in certain locales) ; that you are familiar with all local laws in your area affecting your legal right to access erotica or adult-oriented materials; that you have the legal right to access adult-oriented materials, that you are requesting adult-oriented materials for your own private enjoyment, and that you will never share these materials with a minor or in ANY WAY make these materials available to a minor. Members must electronically sign that they are of legal age upon registration.
Parents or other parties making Internet access available to children agree to take full responsibility if a minor violates our terms of service and illegally trespasses to gain access to Panty Hog.
CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS.
All persons who appear in any photos contained on the usedpantyportal.com site and auctions were 18 (eighteen) years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions. Panty Hog only allows adult, registered members to post actual photos of their likeness. Allowable photos are glamour-type only -typically modeling lingerie, or possibly nude. No simulated or actual sexually explicit photos are permitted to be uploaded or displayed on Panty Hog which would require record keeping related to Section 2257 of Title 18 of the United States Code with respect to visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. Questions regarding compliance with any law should be directed to the custodian of records at admin@usedpantyportal.com.

All content on Panty Hog is owned by Panty Hog, and/or the individual member posting the content. All content on Panty Hog is protected by Federal copyright laws and is protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. Materials contained in any part of Panty Hog may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without the written permission of Panty Hog. Panty Hog does not grant any express or implied right to you under any trademarks, service marks, copyrights or other proprietary information.
LIMITED LICENSE & ACCEPTABLE USE.

Notices by Panty Hog to members shall be given by means of electronic messages or by a general posting on the site. By Registering at Panty Hog, you give your permission to have occasional notices, updates, or newsletters sent to your registered email address. You may opt-out of receiving these emails simply by logging in, and closing your Panty Hog account. Notices by members to Panty Hog shall be given by electronic messages unless otherwise specified in the agreement. All questions, complaints, or notices to Panty Hog by means of electronic message must be sent to Support@usedpantyportal.com
Accepting the Agreement
When you use any of the Services described in this Agreement, or authorize others to use them, you agree to the terms and conditions of the entire Agreement.
Termination/Access Restriction.
Panty Hog reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to Panty Hog or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Upon termination of Panty Hog, your right to use Panty Hog immediately ceases. Panty Hog shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.
Spam Policy.
Panty Hog will immediately terminate any account that it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any unsolicited bulk email. In addition, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated then you agree to pay Panty Hog liquidated damages of $25 USD for each piece of spam or unsolicited bulk email connected with your account, otherwise you agree to pay Panty Hog actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated. Proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
