It’s a topsite– meaning, you enter your information (and yes it can be a blog if you’d like) and banner (if you have one) and then post a reciprocal link on your page.Â Your “rank” in the list is determined by how many times people click on your reciprocal link and how many times people click on your posted website link

I don’t know about the making a banner function– that was something that the topsite provider offered, but I didn’t try it out.Â You can make your own with any graphics program, but it’s not necessary to have one.Â Your link will still appear. 🙂
