Ok people , I’m tired of trying to find where I read this so maybe someone can help me out.  I seem to remember reading about a new law restricting the electronic transfer of adult goods like movies & such.  Who does this apply to (what countries) & do my emailed pics that I send to my buyers fall under this law??  -Kate

Hmmmm… that would seemingly wipe out the entire online porn business.  I have not heard of anything like that except in regards to certain payment processors.  I’d be interested to hear more about this if anyone has any information.

I haven’t heard of this law, but if it did exist how the dicken’s would they hope to uphold it?

It’s impossible. Could it just be scaremongering?

I have only heard about this in regards to PayPal, and I probably posted that here. I am not aware of any general laws about this, and if there isn’t and that idea came from what I posted, sorry 🙁

I agree, that would instantly shut down a gazillion on-line porn sites.

I suppose you could “google” it, but you might die of boredom reading a bunch of legal bullshit.

Sellers have been emailing photos for years and years, I’ve never heard of anyone getting into any kind of trouble, thank heavens!

Now, if you are sending your pictures through someone else, for example a website specifically designed for transferring files and media, it might violate their specific terms.
