Poppy, I know what you mean about “if I had the time”, LOL. I’m always so busy sewing for everybody else; I never get time to make anything for myself. I have knitted before, but I prefer to crochet, it’s so much faster!!! I’ve done some card making too, it’s a great way to spend a relaxing Sunday. It’s really nice to meet such resourceful, crafty women. I’m not sure about Canada or the UK, but here in the US, we live in such a throw away society, that few people even know how to repair a loose button.
