Hello Ladies,
I am having major problems and I need advice! On MPS This guy paid me to make him a video. All of a sudden my camera is funny and it works and then it doesn’t thus preventing me from making his video. I tried to explain this too him and ask him if I can give him stuff worth more than his money until I get a webcam in a few days. He e-mailed me back and was very angry telling me he can’t watch a webcam he can only watch a dvd that he doesn’t care what I would give him he only wants a dvd. Just wondering if you ladies can give me some advice. I don’t want him to hate me or give me a bad review or badmouth me because I do a really good job I just am having technical difficulties. Thank you!

First, avoid doing any business at MPS!!
If he has already paid you, than offer him a refund, and revisit the offer once your tech probs are sorted.
Unfortunately if you cannot supply what he’s paid for, then m’fraid he has some rights to be annoyed, but not angry or abusive!
If he hasn’t paid you, then you have nothing to worry about.
Just apologies for the inconvenience, get a new camera and stop using MPS! 🙂

If he is being a jerk about it maybe give him his money back and tell him to get lost. Then leave him bad feedback for being a jerk. I don’t see why he couldn’t wait a couple of days while you get your new camera.

As far as him leaving you bad feedback atPS. That is laughable. The member list of MPS reads like the whose who of frauds, cheats, and reprobates. It is the blighted crack den of panties. Everyone there is only there to rip each other off and bash each other. Amassing bad feedback there is like a rite of membership. If you are an honest seller you’ll never be accepted by the cretins who frequent the site.

i would do as ginko said, give the money back if you can as lets face it, there are loads of nice buyers out the who would be understanding and if he is being an idiot as you have said would you really want him to be a regular??

as to bad feedback, if you say it how it is in any sort of response then i dont think you have anything to worry about he will just make himself sound un-reasonable for not accepting that technical clitches do happen! what else could you have done??? …..it sounds like you have kept him in the loop AND offered a different option so i dont think that you have anything to worry about:)

I agree totally, you offered a service, but was honest and clear about your technical glitch – you could have chosen to fob him off.
If he can’t be patient and is being nasty, give his money back and get rid. This is your business Kylie, you have the right to tell someone where to get off, you have the right to respect. A buyer who doesn’t give a seller respect isn’t worth the time.

Yep, some fantastic advice here Kylie. The buyer is a complete tosser by the sounds of it. You’ve done everything right and he has no right to be angry and take it out on you.

The problem with MPS is that there is so much distrust and disrespect on there that it would bring out the worst in even reasonable people because they are all expecting to be ripped off or scammed. The best thing you can do is get off there and bring your decent buyers over here where we at least discuss issues like adults instead of scoring points off each other…

I was really disappointed with MPS too.
Apart from meeting a lovely lady in Sydney who’s since become a friend (and a great pantie sister), it was all talk and no action from everyone there.

Keep your chin up! 😛 ( at least you found out that you were disappointed by everything it stood for, plus you found yourself alittle friend that became part of your life now ) Friendship of anykind is priceless and no matter where you are in life,they always pull ya through someway/somehow!! :S
