Panty Pulling – Real or Hoax?
We’ve had another panty pulling video sent to Panty Hog, and these seem to be making their rounds on the web. For those who haven’t heard of it, panty pulling is when guys run down the street, see a woman in a skirt, run up to her, and pull her panties down. This practice has been rumored to be happening in Japan. So far, from what I’ve found, most seem to say that it is a hoax. Hoax or not, someone has been circulating video of it happening.
