I plan on possibly selling some worn panties at a fetish bazaar.Â I’m wondering if anyone has any advice for avoiding legal trouble.Â I live in Texas and heard the sale of worn panties was recently outlawed.Â I know from my job at a sex toy store that there are ways around the laws by using different terminology.Â Any feedback as to euphemisms i can use for my worn panties or how to avoid legal problems?

that’s what i hear.Â Texas i svery prude.Â It’s illegal to sell sexual devices in Texas nad illegal to operate a sex-based business in most counties.Â Obviously, the loopholes are what make it possible.Â At my store, we place gold stickers on everything stating that the item is for novelty or contraceptive purposes only and not to be used as a sexual device.Â I didn’t grow up here, and it really seems ludacris to me as well.

Or you could say that they are extreme “delicates” and need sending away for specialist laundering, sort of like dry cleaningÂ :cheer:
