Feedback makes me feel all fuzzy

Had some lovely feedback today which has made me smile.

I’m wondering if buyers now how important feedback is to us sellers. I don’t mean just positive feedback, but any feedback that helps us to know what we’re doing right and what we could do better.

I don’t know about you girls, but feedback to me isn’t just something good to put on my site, it makes me feel appreciated and all warm and fuzzy and let’s me know that my buyer is happy.

Anyone other sellers feel like that too?

Do buyers value feedback? Do you think most published feedback is fake? Did you realise how much we like to get constructive and appreciative feedback?

I completely agree that I love to hear feedback (I’d prefer posititve, but can’t fault if it’s something I can fix). I get somewhat concerned if I don’t hear anything from a buyer. I like to make sure they at least received my package and it wasn’t lost in the mail. I’ve sent follow up emails a few times to see if they got it, but when I didn’t hear anything at all, I just assumed they had.
So, feedback is good, I think, and would love to get it from every package I send out.

I agree, if I don’t hear anything I wonder if they received it, aren’t happy but just politely don’t like to say anything.

I’d rather fix it and know that we’re both happy.

I love feedback. Shows that you are appreciated and that the guy enjoys them. I get feedback with photos sometimes, hehe… naughty 😉

Dear Ladies,
There are many reasons why you may not get feedback.
1st time buyers are so delighted with the panties they don’t think about feedback.
If you do send feedback you fear the girl may think you want a freebie or something in return.
Too much feedback may look as if it has been to enhance the sellers reputation,even though it is genuine.
As you know Cindy is my favourite lady but i feel i know most ladies here and i think you are all wonderful. smt

I love receiving feedback, i like to know that my customer as received the parcel safely and if they’re satisfied with the product. In which as yet 100% of them have :laugh: x
