how do i get my payment to clear so i can join mups anyone please?

Your topic title says Alertpay but then you ask about MUPS so I’m not sure if you having trouble with Alertpay? :unsure:

As far as joining MUPS though, if you are having trouble with the registration or upgrading at MUPS, send a help ticket with the problem details to the help desk at http://www.myusedpantystore.com/helpdesk for help.

oh sorry i see what you mean, my trouble is with alert pay, ive made a payment into my account so i can urgrade at mups, but the payment isnt clearing in my alert pay account, and i’m not sure why this is? Ive been waiting days now.

AP takes it’s good old time sometimes. If it still hasn’t come through the beginning of this week I’d contact them directly to see what’s going on.
