AlertPay is having "Problems"

    I just got an email from AlertPay saying my pending bank withdrawal is going to be “delayed” (no indication of how long) due to a “processing error”.

    When I emailed them to inquire, I got an automated response saying due to the high volume of emails they are receiving, they would get back to me in 3 – 6 days! So it looks like the are having some significant issues… just to let anyone who uses them know.

    thanks i use them as well im waiting on a paper check to arrive. its been a week. im going to wait till wensday then msg them.

    HA! I tried going the check route for the first time myself 2 weeks ago. After about a week, they told me my “completed” transaction had been “returned” :unsure: and they would process my request within a day if I re-submitted it.

    Uh, so I did… still waiting… :knuppel
