This site;
http://www.aaausedpanties.com/index.html
Has used my photos to sell their blatantly fake used panties, I also recognise a photo from Amy’s site (I could be wrong) on the home page. It’s at the bottom and is definately a pair of her panties. This is Amy’s photo and theirs is exactly the same!
http://www.naughtydirtypanties.com/graphics/pink_corsetset/pink_corset45.jpgAlso I swear one of the photos is Brooke’s (again I could be wrong) Anyway, girls go take a look and send them some angry emails telling them to stop using your photos! (I already have!) God this makes me angry!

April 15, 2005 at 3:44 pm #1985lynnspantiesMemberThey got 5 of my pics off my website. 🙁
April 15, 2005 at 4:32 pm #1986darcyspantiesMemberHave you sent them an email? Put a warning on your site, that way they will get no custom and realise they’re not going to get away with it! That’s so unfair that we spend our time and energy proving we’re real by taking lots of photos etc and they rip them off!

April 15, 2005 at 5:10 pm #1989AnonymousGuestHey all,
I’m not sure if this’ll help but when I was looking into setting up my site I investigated disabling the right click button when on my site.
I know it’s easy to get around if you have the know how but it’s a good way to put people off stealing your photos. There’s usually no need to use your right button on the average site so I doubt real customers would miss it.
Try surfing the net, I found a few scripts but can’t remember where. Any people with the know how here to fill in the gaps?

April 15, 2005 at 5:24 pm #1990leatherznzpiceMemberDarcy well spotted hun, and I like the creative use you ladies have made of that site’s comments area on their blogger LMAO I wonder how long it will be before they close the site? As for their email, looks like a form input to a server, but hey lets hope the emails get to them / him / it!
As Champers says you can search Google for a disable right click script and find them, here’s the first one I found http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex9/noright.htm
April 15, 2005 at 5:53 pm #1991Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberaww I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you can stop the right clicking all you like, they only have to go to tools and source code using the browser and they can take what they like – so I never bothered with it.
Also as for sending them emails thats no good .. you gotta get to the heart .. ie. their hosting. I think you can find this out via who is (ill check in a min) and then inform them directly.
One girl actually hotlinked all my pics to her site once and I changed the names of the pics on my site, left the original name on my server but changed the pics to say “FRAUD”. LOL .. so all my pics where replaced with a big sign saying FRAUD on her site hahahaa
Whenever you see something like this, always bypass the middle man and go straight for the balls! I dont take shit from anyone and never waste my time trying to sort something out like this nicely with those types of people – you need to strike back stronger.
Ill try and find out where these assholes host from and Ill post it right here girls!

Always good to get to the hosting providers though? 👿
April 15, 2005 at 6:21 pm #1994lynnspantiesMemberToo bad the abuse phone number is long distance. If anyone is in Scottsdale, AZ the number is 1-480-505-8809.
Just sent an email to them. Hope they do something.
April 15, 2005 at 6:28 pm #1995Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberDont waste your phone bills .. everything is always more concrete in writing – treat it as you would a crime, because that is exactly what it is!!! Everything has to be in writing to stand up in court as evidence and proof. A phone call is just your word against theirs.
let us know if they reply Ms Lynn 👿

April 15, 2005 at 7:51 pm #1996lynnspantiesMemberI have just sent another email to the hosting company.? This tome to copyrightclaims@godaddy.com.? The hosting co’s Copyright Infringement policy is here: http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/legal_agreements/show_doc.asp?se=%2B&pageid=TRADMARK%5FCOPY
Perhaps this will get some quicker action.? 🙂

April 16, 2005 at 3:31 am #1997adminKeymasterHi Everyone,
Amy wrote to the owner of the site on Thursday as soon as she was tipped off to the problem. We here at Panty Hog had hoped that the owner would do the right thing and remove the photos. We’ve been quiet here on the subject while we waited for some indication that the wrong would be righted. Unfortunately, we never got a reply, and as of this time, the photos are still on that site. Personally, I see the whole thing as absurd. You can purchase a cd full of ladies in panties photos from one of several thousand adult content providers on the net. For as little as $5.00 you can have all the photos you’d ever need with a legal license to use them on your site. Not to mention, the photos come with the legal documentation proving the models are over the age of 18. If you steal photos, and someone comes looking for proof from you that the person in the photo is an adult, you are shit out of luck. Not to mention, now that the word is out, the owner of that site has wasted money registering a domain, paying for hosting, and the time building the web site. Let’s face it, those things are worthless now that word is out…I think that site would be hard pressed to make any sales. My suggestions of what you can do at this point:
- GoDaddy is actually the registrar of the domain name. Writing to them with a complaint regarding theft of your photos may help. However, what might be more important to them is that the registration details in the whois are plainly false. Take a look at the address given. It is against US federal law to provide false or inaccurate information when you register your domain. This is something that should surely be of concern to GoDaddy.
- Write and complain to the sites that are linking to the site. If you look in their links area, you will see some web sites that are doing a link exchange with them. I know that I wouldn’t knowingly link one of my sites to a site that had stolen photos, hopefully the owners of the sites exchanging links with them have a bit of ethical responsibility and would remove links to the site
- Keep spreading the word as you have been. If no one buys, the site will very likely disappear when next month’s hosting bill arrives

April 16, 2005 at 7:59 am #1998darcyspantiesMemberIs it a bird? Is it a plan? No it’s Super Cindy! Wow girl you were quick! And evidently an expert! I’d love to change it so it said fraud that’d be soooooooooo funny!
I was tipped off by a lovely person here, so thanks again, you know who you are and I really appreciate it!
I will be trying to email their provider etc today, haa haa but as Amy says everything spreads here and they just don’t get away with it, you do not want a bunch of angry panty girls on your tail!I love it here, you’re all so great!

April 16, 2005 at 1:57 pm #2000Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberhahaha Darcy lol … My Wisdom comes from years of experience of seeing my site being continously copied by various people? .. even this week I was informed by one of my ‘site guardians’? who saw a couple of other sites using my quotes and ideas!!
However, most of it I dont really give a toss about anymore and I just “tut”, roll my eyes and let it slide.? Its really not worth getting yourself in a tiz over … it happens everywhere and you cant really do much about that.? As long as you are happy with your site and you are busy with orders then even those that try and copy your site can never be “you” anyway so they can copy all they like!
However, when it comes down to pinching my photos, now thats another story and one that I feel those responsible should be cut and quartered and left to hang for everyone to see.
Panty Girls Kick Ass!? Be Warned!!!

even this week I was informed by one of my ‘site guardians’Â who saw a couple of other sites using my quotes and ideas!!
Was that the site that said “Well over 2 years in the business keeping you happy and horny?”
In the words of Royal Mail “I saw that and thought of you” :cheer:
