I got my first Christmas shopping catalogue for this year in the mail today.Â My first reaction was, “what the hell?Â Already:huh:Â It’s too soon for this!”Â (Second reaction was, “I can’t wait to flip through this – they usually have really good stuff!)

Has anyone else gotten any Christmas-related advertisements yet?Â Don’t you think it’s too soon?

(Oh, and we got snow this past week…Â It’s too soon for that, too!!!)

Yep, too early!

In my local supermarket they have a seasonal aisle, down one side is stuff for Hallowe’en, down the other side is Christmas stuff. I’m sure of they had the room they’d have a few Easter Eggs too.

Â :)Yea,I agree that its kinda ‘rushing’ things for Christmas. But ya know, the weather has been fairly nice enough for people to put out their displays and you even can hear some Christmas music being played in the stores as well! ( by the time its finally here,most people will be glad its over for another year )

The shops here had Christmas stuff out before they’d even put the halloween pumpkins out…
And one of the cheap jack shops in east London had cheesy xmas music playing in the early part of October!
ITS NOT FOR ANOTHER 3-ish MONTHS for crying out loud.
3 months listening to Xmas music is enough to drive any shop assistant to running up the nearest clocktower
