Any computer buffs out there?

Going waaaay off topic here but I’m at a loss!

Since the big wipe of 2004 (damn virus!) my browser isn’t as good as it used to be. I have XP, SP2 and my com is about 2 years old.

I keep getting ‘loaded with errors on page’ displaying at the bottom and when I use the back button on my browser I get a browser error page.(Amazon’s a bugger for doing it)

Is my browser out of date? How do I upgrade, I can’t find anything to help me on Microsoft.  🙁

Microsoft’s Internet Explorer page has links to download the newest version, and links to download all the service packs for prior versions. The url: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx

A lot of people though are switching to the Firefox browser though. You can learn about it, and download it free here: http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
