Bandwith Pic Stealing Site

Girls beware and guys beware, have a look on this site as I noticed THREE photos of mine on there (panties) and they even had the cheek to link directly to my server.

I have dealt with it and “replaced” a photo with an interesting message to those that clicks on it (the pink panties) .. the other pics of mine, socks and 2 panties I just included a copyright over the entire pic.

Seems like we should all be copyrighting our photos now- even the innocent ones!!! – whatever happened to the WWW the way it used to be??

What the hell are they thinking:huh:  Did you e-mail them to let them know you’re onto them, or did you just watermark your pictures?

Hi DKH … no i didnt email them because I like to take other action depending on the case:

If they had my pics on their own server I would have gone straight to their hosting company to deal with it!

If they hot link I change the pic name on my site but then I keep the pic name on my server but with another pic – either it will have a watermark in it (free advertising then) or I will put a very nasty FRAUD notice – its illegal to hot link and so they get what they deserve and will be laughed at by their browsers!

I have tried the nice approach in emailing guilty people before but it just creates mary-hell and I get called all the names under the sun, so I now dont bother about the middle man and go straight to the top.

Copy cats and theives have to be stopped and to be honest with you, I have no time for such fucking skanky ass-slimes anymore!  fu

I have just had a similar experience where a wbsite had 4 of my photos in its gallery.  When I contacted them their excuse was that they hadn’t had time to do their own.  They eventually took my photos off, but not before I contacted Ebare and Angelfire.com.  Ebare removed their auctions and Angelfire has removed their site.  She is back on Ebare but her website link doesn’t go any where now LOL.

The person concerned was Nikysknickersandpops.  She left a remark on the forum on Ebare along the lines of, “Tell you what though wetlips even my mum asked why i had nicked your pics LOL (joking)”  Is this childish or what!!  lmao

Hi guys… yes copying IS a form of flattery but its also really infuriating for the “owner” of the pictures or text or whatever has originally been thought up and created by the original owner.

I have had my fair share of copycats over the years and now I just don’t even bother letting them know Im on to them – even Google were involved a few years back and kept snapshots of my site and the other site – low and behold, every time I made a change, so did the other site – almost identically.

As far as I know Google still have it on record and if it starts up again I have a case for court and I have no problem to press charges, especially when I am backed by the biggest Search Engine that exists.

Copy cats have the audacity to go behind your back, steal your own work and then pass it off as their own .. ok fine, I can prove what is mine, easily – and you should be able to prove what is yours…. So wetlips, contacting Ebare and the hosting company of theives is the right action to do to start with. They HAVE to be stopped!

But, a word of caution … you most probably will be on the receiving end of childish behaviour from the copycat site owner – its the only way they can express their utter embarrassment – besides, almost all guilty people will go on the defensive…. and that is why I no longer try and “sort it out nicely” – it doesnt work!

But let me also tell you something else .. respect… if you respect me and be yourself with me, I can be the most loyal best friend you ever had and I will do anything for you.

I was recently warned that some of my pictures were on an American site. When I checked it out I found 4 pictures all claiming to be another seller. Informed the site and pics were removed. Why cant people just take their own pictures.

I would take it as a great compliment if someone used my pictures on their site, but be really pissed too, it takes so long to do the pictures well, and load them up, why should someone just take them?
I do wonder though how I would know if they had been nicked, I only check blogs and sites of girls and guys I know to see what they have to say, how do you guys find out?
