Made an order with her on 10/15/2007. Got an email on 11/01/07 saying she would be sending my order out the next day. The order never showed. She has not replied to any of my emails, and the panties I ordered are still listed on her site for sale.  fkd

She’s an ebanned seller called taboogirl, who has decided to do some direct selling. Her ebanned feedback is dated up til Oct 07 so looks like she has got fed up with selling.

It’s always the same unfortunately, a great big fanfare of trumpets when they start, an early flush of enthusiasm and industriousness……then it tails off to nothing. BUT some of them keep their sites up asking for payment  mad

I’d say give her another month to reply, I know that is a long time, but I went for two months without a computer because it broke and I had a couple disgruntled customers, but I let them know as soon as I could what happened.

I always like to hope for the best in situtations like this.  :rolleyes:

Good luck with this one. Posha has established herself as either a fake or a crook. She scammed me out the money I paid her and several others on ebanned. She has disappeared but all her stuff is still up. I sent two complaints to ebanned owners. Never heard a thing back from those assholes. I might as well have been talking to a wall. Good idea to warn others. She’ll take your payment but you’ll never see anything from her.

The owners of Ebanned are not assholes.

They happen to be awesome people that I have met in person.

Rest assured they do not take bad sellers or bad buyers lightly.  They do have policies in place to deal with them, and they do not want crap on their site.

Well I haven’t met these people personally. Fact is I was under the impression from what I’ve read that eBay ran the place on the sly. They may not be assholes then but they sure do a piss poor job of managing the site by ignoring their users. That is my opinion. You have yours.

You know, I just realized something. You purchased through her site direct. THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH EBANNED!  That’s your own risk. Why do you think they’d do anything – they have no obligation! Her feedback on the site is 100%. They’re surely not going to close down someone’s account that is flawless because of a sale you did completely outside OF THEIR SITE!  :idiot2:  mad  So now your bashing of Ebanned is 10x more uncalled for.

It sounds to me as though he does have a genuine complaint against ebanned.
