Blogroll problems

Hey, I’ve been trying to sort out my blogroll on wordpress so that I’ve got links to all your blogs. I think I need a bit of help though because I’ve put all the links in and everything looks fine on the dashboard but when I view my site theres no blogroll there! If someone could tell me how to get it to show up I’d be really grateful. Also, I don’t think I’ve missed anyone out but let me know if I have – thats if it manages to appear…

One of the problems with WordPress is that all the different themes seem to work in different ways Alana. I can only think that somewhere, possibly in your widgets, you need to tell your  blog theme to show your blogroll.

I lost my blogroll ages ago but thankfully my theme allows me to have my About Me on the right hand side so I have added my links manually – a bit of spiel and a direct link.

Shout if you don’t know what I mean by widgets.

Hmm thats what I thought, but there doesn’t seem to be a widget for the blogroll. And when I go to manage the blogroll they are all set to visible. I just can’t seem to get it to work!!  mad If I can’t work it out I will just have to do it manually like you said but I’d prefer the easier option to be honest!  :laugh:

Hooray! Thanks for your help Anna, I’ve figured it out now. It was my theme that didn’t like all the widgets I had so I’ll just have to change it. It was a bit tricky and annoying anyway. Thankyou!  🙂
