Its the “session timed out” error.

I’m not taking a long time to submit my post either.  As soon as I type, I submit.

Its really too much of a pain to delete my cookies, etc every time I want to post.  You just shouldn’t have to do that.

You don’t have to do that every time you post, only when you have a problem. Most people here don’t ever have to do it, some might need to do once every six months. It just depends on what browser you are using, how full your browser’s temp file is, etc.
