    Hello Ladies,
I was reading Kylie’s query regarding her disgruntled client, and I was wondering if some of the experienced ladies would be happy to share some of their experiences regarding a customer who has received their order and not been happy with their purchase(for example if the scent hasn’t been strong enough). As a relatively new seller, I haven’t experienced this yet, but I’m sure it’s just a matter of time. So ladies, if you’d be willing to share, I’m sure we could all benefit.

If the complaint is something like the scent isn’t strong enough then all you can reasonably do is send a replacement pair. One time only though.

Buyers have to be realistic. If they smoke there sense of smell won’t be as good as a non-smoker. Women smell differently, some are stronger than others. It’s a natural product and therefore there are natural variations which are outside the control of the seller.

Likewise there are some sellers who have a very light scent so they may (if they get the same comments from other buyers) have to wear the panties for a little longer than say the ‘average’ seller – whatever that is.

Weigh everything up. Are your other buyers happy? Do they say the same thing? Is this buyer a good buyer? Is he worth keeping?

It may simply be that buyer and seller aren’t suited but if you have sent a replacement then there is nothing else you can do apart from recommend another seller.

Thanks for the great advise Anna.

You’re right, scent is such a subjective thing- I just wanted to have some guidelines for when this issue inevitably comes up. It would be great if we could come up with a scent scale to rate our scents in order to recommend different sellers. But something so personal and qualitative is almost impossible to monitor and scale accurately. Maybe in the future we’ll have the technology!

    Thanks again Anna!

If your comment is off topic you can post a new thread, summers.

Nicola and Anna, maybe we should get mike to rate our scent levels and make a graph. 🙂
