    So I recently purchased some stacker 3s from amazon and have been taking them for a week. They where working too well and making me feel like I was on speed, or something, so I split them in half and took it seperately. Now today I can’t stop eating and feel really fat.

    I’m going to take a full one tomorrow and see if it was just the dosage, but I was wondering if anyone has tried these because I read around and aparently it might be a defficiency making me crave more food when all I need is vitamins.

    I take a suppliment and eat pretty healthy so I don’t know why it would be a defficiency, but maybe there’s something in there blocking my absorbtion of something.

    Who knows.  :idiot2:  Comments?

    I think in general, most weight loss / appetite control pills don’t work.  I’ve tried many – most do make you feel like you’ve described.  Yuck!

    I did try Hoodia drops (one bottle), and I think they did decrease my appetite some, but they are expensive..like $35 a bottle for the certified Hoodia for not quite a month’s supply, and that’s just not something I could or can afford.

    Sounds like you’re already eating well, are you exercising too? 

    I think the secret is just too easy – eat right, exercise..and take a good multivitamin. (Oh to be able to keep exercising!)

    If you think you’re deficient in something, then see a doctor and have some blood work done  -  don’t try and figure that one out on your own!

    I think I figured it out.

    I took a whole one today and whenever I felt weird I ate something. It made me feel tons better.

    So I guess what I’m eating is fine, its just I wasn’t eating enough.

    I excersize at least once a day whether it be actual excersize or just walking around my neighborhood for about an hour.

    $35 a bottle!  :ohmy:  I got these $20 for 100. I guess thats a good deal.

    Eating is good! As long as you check what you’re eating and your portions.

    You should try eatin something every 3 hours, even if you’re not hungry. That has to do with your bloodsugar staying on a good level so you feel good all the time.
    It goes something like this: breakfast, 3 hours later piece of fruit, 3 hours later diner/lunch (depending the time you get up, 3 hours later fruit again or something else………..,etc,etc Untill around 8-9 o’clock

    You really have to like schedule the whole thing if you’re not used to it. But once you’re used to it you will see you feel great and energetic the whole time.

    Good idea. The nice thing about trying to lose a few vanity pounds is that it doesn’t take very long so I get a chance to enjoy having a routine before I muck it up again and gain the weight all back. hahaha.
