Does everone know that Forepay has now closed down? I guess money may be lost, however Ebare have told me it is closed but still allowing girls to use it as their only payment option. Also girls there are still showing Paypal and Nochex as payment options. Do you think they have turned into a scam site? I would like your views

The topic may have been Forepay but the content was about Ebare and Forepay. I’m a critical reader and not in the habit of misconstruing anything.

You asked if we thought Ebare was a scam site did you not? If your topic is Forepay then why are you commenting on Ebare sellers using Paypal and Nochex?

I’m in no way saying that they are a scam site, but Ebare does seems a little disorganised. They keep sending me invoices for seller fees that I have already paid, even though I have sent a copy of my bank statement proving that I have sent payment. I have also received no replies to my emails. Therefore I have decided to stop using them.

As for Forepay, I posted about them 6 months ago, they didn’t verify my account, didn’t reply to any of my emails and kept all of my money.

Lesleyann may have worded it in the wrong way, but I think that she has a point.

Ponygirl – I’m more prepared to listen to someone like you who I know and who has details of some anecdotal evidence of instances where things have gone wrong. Not someone who just makes an unsubstantiated claim like Lesleyann.

This business is full of people who make trouble for people they have fallen out with. If anyone makes a claim then they need to be very careful with what they say or they will be pulled up and treated suspiciously, especially someone with no posting history and someone who I know was banned from somewhere else for causing trouble…..

I referred to ebare because some of the girls are members of pantyhog and I thought they should be warned incase they lost a lot of money, just trying to be nice but getting put down as usual .My site reflects how genuine I am and I think it should be left to lie , I left all that behind me long ago.

Warning other sellers and buyers is absolutely fine and we encourage it but accusing a reputable business like Ebare who own Forepay of being a ‘scam site’ is not acceptable.

Issues of crap service and problems suffered can be discussed to see if other sellers have had the same problems is okay.

Being accused of being a scam is a serious issue in our business because trust is so important between buyer and seller.

If anyone came on here and their first post was ‘Lesleyann ripped me off’ with no details then they would get short shrift from me too. We recently dealt with this very issue on the ‘Barefoot Babe done ripped me off’ thread from ‘arnold’ who was clearly a jealous seller from MPS. There’s loads of it going on and we have to question everything that is posted.

I totally agree that you have to question everything that is posted, and I apologize for my words about Ebare, but it is a big issue that Forepay has now closed.It was a prominent payment method for sellers and I was given no warning that it would close. It seems wrong that girls are still using Forepay to sell items so I hope they will read these posts

I’m not sure about forepay as I’ve never used it, but I do hear good things about it. I’ve heard very few people complain about forepay other than it being slow to verify your account.

However, stay clear of [color=#FF0000]NoChex

They used to be adult friendly (or so I thought) and I used them happily for 6 months or so before they shut my account for TOS breaches…something I found odd as when I joined I explained to them what my business was, and linked them to my site, my account got approved with a confirmation and welcome email! It took 6 months for them to turn around and say my account had been terminated, and despite my protests they said that they had the no adult sites TOS on for a year and a half previous to my joining them. Thankfully I’d gotten into the habit of taking out my money any time any went in, or i’d have had my money taken too.

As for Ebare I loved it when I was there. I only stopped listing there during the time I took off from selling, and haven’t been back in a while as i’m showing my support here at the Pantyhog Pantybid auctions. I never had a problem with them or with the way the site ran, but as I’ve said, i’ve not been there for quite a while. If more than a few girls are having issues contacting them then there may be something going wrong with the site or their emails that needs to be sorted. Does anyone have a way of getting in contact with the people that run the site other than their professional email address? I’m sure they’d want to know that people were unhappy and wanted help getting a few things sorted.

Yes Fore[pay is no longer in action. An email was sent to all members at the time. It only used UK banking facilities and wasn’t really ideal. Funny really, all the people that were screaming for it at the time never used it – typical. It has closed to make way for eBare’s own payment system which IS worldwide and will accept all worldwide and UK debit/credit cards. We haven’t applied it to eBare yet as we are adding 3 more major sections to the site which will affect the payment side of things so thats where the delay is at the moment.

Still working on the damn thing day and night lol

Thanks Anna. I think that Ebare still has a way to go with regards to customer service, but as long as they know about it they can hopefully do something about it.

I am still annoyed with the whole Forepay thing though, at the end of the day I lost all of my money, and would have liked a little more of an explanation than that. I also made all of my money by using (and therefore supporting) Ebare, their other site! Still, I suppose it doesn’t matter now. I would be a bit wary about using Ebares proposed new payment system though, once bitten twice shy I suppose!
