It has taken 8 months to get here, alot of brick walls, alot of sleepless nights and quite a bit of cash but its here. Forepay.net is a web-wallet for adult payments across the internet.
What can it do:
Buyer can pay for adult items anonymously ie: if they have a joint bank account and would rather keep their on-line activities to themselves – they can.
When sellers receive money they know it is already cleared and don’t have to worry about any chargebacks or chargeback fees.
Forepay can be used on personal adult sites – not just on eBare – buttons/shopping cart etc
Forepay is completely encrypted and secure – personal details are not displayed to buyers or sellers – unless you want them to be.
Forepay can be withdrawn to your bank account. Lucid Ent. will be displayed as the payer.
Users upload funds themselves into their forepay account – forepay cannot take money from your bank account unlike nochex & paypal. You are in complete control.
Once a buyer has funds in their account – payment to another user is instant.
What it cannot do:
Use credit/debit cards -Â why? because the card companies wont let us for adult payments. If we were to process normal payments – no problem, go figure..
Silver lining: No extra credit card charges and no chance of having something found on your credit card statement and no possibility of chargebacks.Be used in US: why? bank charges. We have been told that any withdrawal from forepay made to a US bank account will be charged at £7 for each withdrawal. ie: if you had $50 you wanted to withdraw to your US bank account we would have to charge you the equivalent of £7 – doesn’t seem fair to us. We think this is far too high and so have not gone with it, however, we do have the technology on site and the account ready should there be enough interest from US sellers/buyers.
Instant payment: buyers do have to sign up before making payment – why?- this harks back to not being able to use cards – card companies don’t like adult payments unless they happen to be making fortunes out of it.Sorry to sound a tad unimpressed with these card companies but we’ve been dealing with them for 8 months and its like trying to talk to a brick wall.
A lot of people will be comparing it to nochex and paypal etc. Well if forepay can do it without cards why not the other processors? answer – not enough profit for them. We do it because it helps our sellers/buyers on eBare and if it can help others who don’t use eBare then that’s great too.
Again, as in a previous thread – it is an option for those who wish to use it or have had their accounts closed by nochex, paypal, PPPay and moneybookers.
We hope you do find it useful – like anything, its new and different and we understand that nobody likes anything new. Lol

August 15, 2006 at 2:41 pm #9542ebareMemberCrumbs.. thank you Dr Nohoney lol smt gone all embarrassed now.
Actually, we’re not that angelic as we started out just wanting everyone on eBare to have a means of purchasing and paying for their items but its kind of escalated. But, if nothing else, it does offer buyers who may not have credit cards or need to keep their private lives, private a way of buying adult items.
It can also assist sellers in making more sales due to the fact that they can sell to people who wouldn’t normally want to use the regular processors or indeed have had their accounts frozen or yes there are still some people on this earth that dont have plastic. That word I keep using.. options.Neil & Lisa
August 15, 2006 at 3:14 pm #9544kellyamiinaMemberso does the buyer have to put funds into there account before they can make a purchase using forepay?
August 15, 2006 at 3:36 pm #9545ebareMemberHi Kellyamiina,
yes it works just the same as your regular bank account or your mobile – it needs to be topped up before you can use it. As buyers will be able to use it on as many adult sites that accept it – they can keep a certain amount in the account so that its there and ready for when they want to buy something. Think of it in the same way as a mobile. You top up with £10 and not just the 20p cost of a call. But when you want to make a call tomorrow – you can do so immediately because the money is already there. With Nochex if someone pays you it appears straight away in your nochex account but it still isnt cleared for 3 days during which time the buyer can still cancel the payment but by this time you’ve sent the item out thinking you’ve received the money. With forepay – you send no item out until the payment reaches your account – it is already cleared when it reaches your account so it is safe to send the item out. If someone already has funds in their account it is instant.
Hope that helpslisa
August 15, 2006 at 8:59 pm #9548KnickerLickerMemberNo offence meant to your new programme. However, in the UK you can already pay for panties direct to the seller via bank transfer. As was mentioned by Cindy on this subject here in the forums earlier, this process is already discreet as the payer only has a bank number not the seller’s name or address.
Your programme seems to add an extra step and additional costs to the seller for this process with no apparent additional benefit. What then would be a reason to do this, when the seller gets paid directly and with less fees if they don’t use your programme? Not meaning to be critical, just wondering if I have missed something?
August 15, 2006 at 9:58 pm #9549ebareMemberHi Knickerlicker
No offence taken, with bank transfers you do need to give your account name as well as your account number and since some sellers and buyers accounts are in joint names with partners/husbands/wives etc they may not want these details given out.ÂAlso its not just for panty sellers. There are many other adult sellers not just panties who would benefit from using the service.
As stated in the first post it is an option buyers and sellers can use if they wish their bank details to remain private and also their online sales and purchases to remain private.Â
We did ask a great many of our members before we agreed to take on the task of trying to provide a payment option and the thing that came back from buyers in particular was the fact that they had reservations against their bank statements showing payments to lots of individuals (usually ladies)this was why they tended to request paypal or nochex. So there are some people who are not too keen on bank payments. At least this is what we found from our members on eBare. Regular buyers from individual sellers may prefer different methods but with an auction site you have a very high volume of sales and some ladies are understandably not keen on giving their personal bank details to so many different people every day.
Plus as a buyer, if you want to buy items from more than 1 person you can do so easily with forepay by simply sending a payment to their email address. They dont even need an account – an email is sent to the person stating that they have money waiting for them – you dont need to know their bank details etc.
However, we realise that not everyone will want to use it – or even realise the benefit of it. We are simply alerting people to the fact that it is there should someone wish to use it.
August 16, 2006 at 6:02 am #9561Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberwoo hooooooo! WELL DONE EBARE! You’ve accomplished something only the rest of us could only dream of. I believe there were a few people trying to do this (me included) but kept having bank doors shut in our faces, so I really do take my hat off to you and wish you all the success in the world.Â
Just to clear up about bank transfers. You do not actually need to give your name.
For someone to pay me via bank transfer (uk only) I only have to give them my sort code and account number, nothing else.
The buyer then has two references he can enter (one reference that will appear on my bank statement, and one reference that will appear on his bank statement).
This is working fabulously for me and both me and the seller can remain anonymous – the fact that the buyer can write what he wants to be shown his statement is an added bonus.
I have gotten used to accepting Amazon.co.uk gift certificates from my overseas buyers but, Forepay, I feel, will be a much better option for those outside the UK to be able to pay properly.Â
I hope that more US people will show an interest and then Forepay (super name hehehe) will be international, so its up to you guys over the pond to show the interest B)
… what must the international peeps do Lisa to prove they would like to use your service too??
WELL DONE LISA AND NEIL XXXXXXX smt
August 16, 2006 at 9:46 am #9571AnnaMemberJust to clarify – bank transfer and online banking are two different things.
Bank transfer is expensive. £20-£30 a pop. This is when you use the IBAN (International BANking)number. It’s designed for handling foreign currency and conversions hence the hefty fee.
Online banking (or BACS)is when you just need the sellers account number and sort code, the buyer can set it up themselves online or over the counter with their choice of references, there is no charge and payment clears in 3 days. The seller has no access to the buyers account. Most of my UK buyers use this.
I am very interested in forepay (yep, great name – I just know I’ll be calling it foreplay) for my overseas buyers.
How do we sign up?

Please do not insult those of us with half a brain.I’m surprised you have that much.
Still selling email addresses Potty Mouth? Still spamming buyers?
August 16, 2006 at 6:54 pm #9580ebareMemberHi Judy,
Good to hear from you, been a while since your last attack. You are exactly right, solarpay is full of holes, which is why we have not used it or any of the other off-the-peg scripts.
In your eyes, Judy, whatever we do is wrong so we’re not going to justify our efforts to you.
Cindy – Hi thanks for your support smt with regards to international payments the thing that stopped us was the fact that there would be a charge of £7 each time a withdrawal to a US account was made. We have a $ account but it is with a UK bank so therefore they charge this to send the payment across to the US bank. So if a US member wanted to withdraw their balance from forepay, say they had $50 in there, they would have to pay the charge set by the bank and we felt this was a bit steep so we didn’t implement it. Obviously the withdrawal limit could be raised so that the £7 charge would only apply to say $100 or even more so that the percentages would come down a bit in comparison – if you see what I mean. Dont know, if this doesn’t seem excessive to US members then, no problem, we just thought it too much.
Hi Anna,
:cheer: Not sure it would be suitable for overseas buyers in its present form as it only deal with UK accounts but have a look here http://www.forepay.net and see what you think. Thanks guys

As usual no one wants to hear the truth. It’s more a case of as usual we don’t want to listen to your opinions. You’ve completely discredited yourself time and again with your nasty bitchiness so why would anyone listen to a word you say?
August 16, 2006 at 10:26 pm #9588adminKeymasterJudy why is it that everytime you post, I need to come in and clean up?
I have no problem with anyone wanting to know the details of a service before using that service. It is the responsible thing to do. However, Anna can’t answer those questions, I can’t answer those questions, etc. How would we know?
I suggest that if you are sincerely interested in the questions you’ve brought up that you email Forepay directly to get them answered.
