Forepay is for those with UK bank accounts so if someone lives elsewhere but still has a UK bank account they can use forepay.
Unfortunately, the ridiculous charges imposed by the acquiring bank for $ and € have meant that we can’t proceed with international payments at the moment – we are still searching for a useable alternative though.
