PayPal in the USA have changed their TOS and now allow certain “adult” related items to be sold through them.  I cannot say this enough times that girls who wish to use PayPal in the USA should ALWAYS get it in writing from them that using PayPal for their purposes is acceptable.

Us in Europe though are still not allowed to use PayPal.

I’m assuming then that US buyers can buy from US sellers using Paypal but European buyers can’t buy from US sellers using Paypal?

A) It’s not propaganda

B) I’m doing it – using PayPal (will also accept AlertPay)- because it’s easy and common and a lot of guys would rather just do that. Right now my situation doesn’t give a crap if they’ve rejected the industry or not.

C) Yes, be careful if you choose to use PP. It is ONLY for US to US. Yes, it’s a good idea to get stuff in writing. I wouldn’t even try to send anything more than just every day wear. Keep in mind that PPs rules are only for PHYSICAL/tangible adult items. Can’t use it for pics or vids or anything like that.

Bella don’t get me wrong……..just stated that because of all of the accounts from other ladies where shut down( propaganda.like in admitting openly that you use pp) just like a warning.Like be carefull.

On the other hand,i didn’t know,that they had changed the policy! I think it’s cool!!!!!!!! Wish that Europe would follow,for me would make things way easier 😉

Bella – this is clearly a discussion about Paypal in the US. This is not a thread where everyone is criticising you.

Perhaps as a newbie to panty selling you just aren’t aware of the trouble Paypal has caused an awful lot of sellers, closed accounts and confiscated funds as well as deliberate ploys to trap a seller into using their services just so they can close her down. Seriously – Paypal have been complete bastards!

It is of course your right to deal with whichever payment processor you want. But as this is a public discussion it is perfectly okay for some sellers to say why they wouldn’t use Paypal again…and with good reason!

Solange incorrectly used the word propaganda, but she was just advising you to be careful in stating openly that you use Paypal, none of us trust Paypal yet and we don’t want you to get your fingers burned.

It is of course up to you to take whatever advice you want to but please don’t take it personally – I’m sure it isn’t meant to be personal.

Paypal now says used panties are a-ok to buy via their service now if you are in the us. Their terms of service clearly state this. They were pricks about it before but now they welcome them. Those that don’t want to use them can use the other services but if a us buyer and seller want to use Paypal it is now a valid choice.

I have to admit Bella I was a little taken back by your snappy answers on here too. We are a community and trying to help you that is all.  Nobody is having a go at you, we are not like that here. 

Sammy, yes they have changed their TOS, however, as Glittergirl mentioned, they are STILL shutting down panty girl accounts so maybe it depends on what you are selling as panties and if PayPal accept it (eg: plain used underwear or cummy panties – big difference).  Who knows – PayPal are their own Gods and do whatever they want anyway – I for one will never ever risk using them again.
