I just wanted to post a reminder about the Panty Hog Help Desk. The Help Desk allows you to open a trackable support request ticket. Once your ticket is created, you’ll be able to see both your and my responses on the topic in one place. This makes it more convenient for you to refer back to the topic. and eliminates the possibility of lost or misdirected email. You can find a big link to the Help Desk on every page of the site or in the help menu at the top of each page.
Of course, I will continue to respond to help requests sent via email and IM, as always, but for the fastest and safest response please consider the Help Desk.
