Help, i am trying to set up my site but seem to be having some problems, how do i add the link to my page and where can i find my page to see what others will be viewing?

I go through the process of setting up my account but im sure if i am doing it right, ihave set up my profile, submitted my website blog, but i do not know what to do when i get to the link to panty hog. How do i know if i have fully set up my site.
