Hi all,
I’m wanting to get into this, and I want to set up my own personal website so I can have more control over what I do and my privacy in general.
However all the webhosts I’ve tried today say that they do not allow sites to be set up with pornographic / erotic material or for the selling of such things.
I have no experience setting up websites or web design either so I really need some help on this – where do you all go to set up your own site?
Thanks!

For example: https://www.usedpantyportal.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=137&func=view&id=22522&catid=2#22522 or use the forum search for “website”, “help”, “blog”, etc.
Thanks,

My advice is to try a blog initially. A lot of sellers are very successful with their blogs providing you are not too explicit. In fact most current sellers have blogs as opposed to sites.

I’ll have a proper look round the links in it tomorrow – it’s very nearly midnight here and I’m shattered after work!
Thanks again!

I use http://sensualwriter.com/ they allow adult themes. I have mine set up w/ a static first page for the age verification thing too.
It is an easy to use site set up like the older versions of wordpress…

I dont want to sound as if I am trying to get business, Im not! but I have spoken to my hubby who is a web designer and he said he would help anyone whishing to setup a web.
His thoughts are:-
1. He could write a site for you at low cost and host it free on one of his servers.
2. You could have your own section on our site. http://pantique.net
3. Give advice (free) if you want to contact him direct.
Take care,
Delene

I’ve set my site up, it’s almost ready! I’m using moonfruit.com as a lot of people in that topic seemed to like it and I’ve got to admit it’s very easy to use. I just need to do some photography and a bit of adjusting and it should be good to go by the end of next week! I’ll post a link for reviews 😛
I am considering doing a blog, but I’m just not sure what I’d put in it every day – life is not that interesting!
Thanks for the help 🙂

Don’t feel that you have to post every day. As long as you post regularly people will drop by for a visit and may leave some comments. Regularly can even be every 3 or 4 days or every week. As you start writing you may find that writing gets easier and easier and you can entertain your readers with even the smallest anecdote or observation.October 1, 2008 at 2:30 pm #23409topdrawerMemberWell I have left space on my site for a blog page if I do decide to do one. I think I’ll have to have a look around at other people’s blogs and see what kind of things they’re writing before I start mine, otherwise I think I’ll sound a bit silly!
