I don’t believe that there was intent to offend when this thread started, after all Cindy doesn’t make a big secret about her real name, I’ve stumbled across it before without want of looking for it. This is a very give/take game. You wouldn’t expect your panty girl to turn up on your front lawn declaring to the world that Joe Bloggs at number 3 sniffs her panties! So equally it’s not an extreme (unspoken) request to want the same for the girls. Considering the nature of the industry no one thinks anyone is a fake because they use a fantasy name. There maybe sites registered to men but it doesn’t mean its user is a bloke.

My major beef is with the ease of finding information. I don’t believe for a minute that anyone here has any more ability to find personal information than the next person, but I believe that no one has any benefit from viewing my info so I should have say over what is shown. Evidently not. The nominet site just looks like a way of finding out if you can nab a persons domain the day it expires! Ok grumble over, the lack of control over privacy just disappoints me, that’s all 🙁 At least this thread raises awareness over checking everything out.

For anyone interested in protecting their info I’ve contacted nominet about holding my details as anon and they relayed this info…..

Well Cindy I do apologise for seeming a bit “sharp around the edges”, it wasn’t my intention to come across as such.? ?I actually reasoned that you were the one seller I could ‘razz’ a little and it would serve to alert others to the information available on the internet.? A little about me ?

OK I’ve tried a few different sites and felt something was wrong, a cop’s ‘hunch’ I guess. So I checked things out, sent the same enquiry email to a few that made my instincts tingle, and got replies from them minutes apart.? Intrigued, I checked the IP’s of a few of the replies and funnily enough a couple were the same.

So I dug a little deeper and checked out the registration names, funnily they appeared to be run by one person, same surname, same address, except one had a guys first name!

OK so maybe there’s an innocent reason for that, and maybe not huh?

Let’s say I’ve kept track of some sites and will continue to do so, I? believe their is a big panty fraud mission on the web being run by one individual and some day this little piggy is going to expose them!

But not Today!

Im sorry to hear that PantyCop.  Many guys are being ripped off before they find someone they trust and it just shouldnt be like that!

We have discussed many things in the forum area to the “tuna guys” to the “perfumed panties”, “resold, reused panties” and even “bulk buying panties” – but how does one know that the girl you see in the pics IS the really the girl selling you their items before you buy?? .. especially if she is concerned for various reasons about showing her face or taking photos.

PantyCop – how about sharing with us or rather with potential buyers what to look out for as in the pros and cons when buying from a new seller – surely there must be tell tale signs that something is not quite how it should be?

Should this be made into a new forum area to discuss in detail about personal experiences and what makes you trust or distrust someone? (works both ways – for sellers too by the way)

How about a seperate forum area for “Boy Talk for buyers” and “Girl Talk for sellers?” maybe?  Does anyone else think this is a good idea??

absolutely Jess – fakers usually end up in their own graves anyway – but what about a “pillow talk area” in the forum?

Just to mainly swop ideas and suggestions between each other – its not a flaming match its literally a place to give and receive advice but one for the guys and one for the girls?

and its no names either .. so its like, “One buyer wanted me to do that – does anyone else do that and if so should I charge?”

Or a new buyer might want advice from an expert buyer and might say: “I found this site but the girls panties scent didnt last very long – does the holding over a kettle or microwaving them really work?”

…just examples – not really discussion threads – just chit chat pillow talk 🙂

Pillow talk sounds good to me. The sellers input will be valuable, you guys know more about how to spot a fake site than anyone else. And as it’s ‘general’ info then no one will get a bashing  🙂

A no flaming share area would be great.  What sellers like in a site, how to spot fakes, hot linking and all those doo-dars!

the idea of a ‘Pillow Talk’ forum has some merit, perhaps a Girl and Guy area for people to post or ask advice from others, share experiences etc.? And definitely NO flaming, NO names and NO specifics about sites or buyers.? Kind of like a ‘Pre Ripoff’ pair of forums perhaps, where people can share what’s happened and get some input from others before taking it to Ripoff forum and ‘handbags at dawn’? :cheer:
