24 Mar 2006 18:44 This issue is not closed I have not received what I paid for from this seller. This is the first time I have contacted this woman about this. I want to claim back my money. The next stage I will ask my credit card company to do a clawback and refuse to honour your payment.

Now some of you (sellers) will think I have pestered her etc etc and proabably most (if not all) of you have similar experiences. Well I will upload a photograph (a very BIG photograph of the panties I bought and post the link here). I do intend to cause as much grief for her as possible and hope stormpay close her account. Of course eventually I will look the idiot here, because I am the only one that is still  talking about this, she has my money, her word against mine blah blah….

Any suggestions as to what I can do next ?

Oh.  I meant for you to approach her politely, tell her you weren’t satisfied with her panties (and why), and ask for a second pair or a refund.  (And for her to offer the refund, not for you to try to wrestle it from her via the payment processor.)  If you didn’t tell her exactly why you were not satisfied and just sent the request for refund through Stormpay, she will probably think you are trying to cheat her.  Unless you tell her that the panties were unsatisfactory (and why), for all she knows she held up her end of the deal.

I suggest you try contacting her by e-mail again and try to work things out nicely before you “cause as much grief for her as possible”.  Sellers need to treat buyers with respect, but buyers should also be civil towards sellers.  When someone says he’s going to “cause as much grief for her as possible” before he has exhausted every opportunity to resolve the problem in a calm and nice way, my reaction as a panty girl is to avoid dealing with that buyer; the words make him sound unreasonable and vindictive.  You’ll catch more bees with honey than vinegar.

Not THAT polite I know but remember, she has my money and I do not have what I paid for. Sellers do not know how annoying this is.
How would you feel if you bought a bottle of perfume only to find it is a fake ? You would feel stupid and conned and would just accept that you have been had. Well Laura is the fake seller, she had no intention of doing my order to specification and knew that I would not return to order more and probably thought I would just let it go and not pursue it (like most people would not – especially men buying used underwear). Well the email (that I sent that is not that polite) has outlined to her I am not happy with her merchandise and willing to do something about it.
I understand that taking the polite route is probably the most beneficial 99% of the time, but you have to remember I am dealing with a con-artist NOT a genuine lady off this site.

Steve, who hopes you understand what I am trying to say and at the end of all this I will still have lost my money, not got what I ordered, she will keep my money and the world will still turn …..

I’m very sorry to hear of the problems that you’re having with this person.  I have experienced similar problems myself over the past couple of years or so, but will say however that most of the girls on this site are genuine. I see you mentioned about getting your credit card company to claw back your money.  I’m not sure if that would work or not, but if they did it would then leave it to stormpay to take the appropriate legal action against the merchant should they wish to recover their losses.

Steve, the last thing you can do is to e-mail her (or have someone else e-mail her, if she’s blocked your e-mails) the link to this thread.  Whether she’s a fake, has terrible customer service, or cheats customers out of wear time, she’ll now know that the panty community is on to her.

Actually she’s blocked from this site due to an unrelated matter, so unfortunately she won’t be able to respond. Steve’s experience is now known, and hopefully he’ll be able to work it out to his satisfaction.

Hmm, well, I guess my advice/opinion is of a general nature, then.  This was my first time ever hearing of Laura or of Steve, so I couldn’t comment on the sincerity or fairness of either, but I think in all cases, if something is not satisfactory, it’s better to try discussing it civilly before pulling out the nasties.  Like Jazzy says, it’s nice to be nice.  smt
