Locker Room and Pillow Talk Forums

Okay, the ladies and men only boards have been created, but have no moderators at this time. Cindy and Leatherz are of course welcome to moderate if they would like to. It might also be a great opportunity for some others to get involved as moderators and/or co-moderators. Who’s interested?  :rolleyes:

As we are only trying out for the moment i think the key to success of the locker room will be decided by the number of postings it may get and as a start there should be no holds barred with the exception of the need for bad language or being nasty to anyone on the site male or female.Don’t just think about it,let’s all know your thoughts,and any advice will be free.

Maybe you could tell folks what the responsibilities are and what’s expected of them so they know what they’d be getting into?

Pay  :ohmy: !? LOL! How about 10% of what the Panty Hog site brings in in registration fees?  lmao Sorry, the only pay is the personal satisfaction of knowing you’re doing something for fellow panty lovers.  😉 Seriously, being a moderator simply gives you upped access that allows you to edit, remove, or move posts in the area you moderate. Basically just watching out for your area. I.E. if someone posts something totally inappropriate in you opinion you delete it. A moderator may assist/answer questions from other users about posting, etc. In the end though, the moderator’s role is whatever the moderator wants it to be. Since Leatherz, Cindy, and Cherie have been moderators here almost since day one, maybe they could give you a better idea of a typical day as a moderator. You’d be a great moderator Krooze, let me know.

Hey Krooze

PK got it right 🙂 ?As a moderator you have slightly increased priviliges like the ability to move, change or delete a post or topic if you think it needs it. ?It means trying to keep an open mind, applying common sense, and trying to be even handed .. luckily most of the posts on the forums don’t need anything done to them ?B)

The satisfaction is in simply giving back to the community, answering queries if you can and encouraging people to post and say what’s on their mind within reason.

PK I’m happy to moderate or co moderate if you want, and I think it’d be great if someone else wnats to moderate or get a taste for it ?B)

If more moderators are required might i suggest because of the time-differences etc. ”Krooze ” and ‘&#039:cheer:arkhairedkaren ” would be suitable for the posts as both are good posters and i think they would be a good addition but only if they feel happy with the task,just my opinion.

Having another moderator is a great idea, Krooze or Jazzy would be perfect I think, but no pressure take it at your own pace and if you want to know anything about what it invloves just ask via a PM .. or catch me in chat? B)

I haven’t seen my name flung around so much since the whole battery charger, peanut butter, straight razor, golf club, fish hook, handcuff incident at the other forum!!!!!! Oh well, a long story for another time!

If I have this many people fooled into thinking I would be good for the job, ok PK, count me in. I’ll do it if it’s really a way to help the community and keep the workload managable for others.

But beware!!!!!! A little power goes right to Little Krooze’s head!!!!! 😉

Now how do I start changing Jazzy’s posts? He’s too damn clever with words!!! 😉
