Looking for a camcorder

Hey ladies and fellas.

I’m looking into buying a camcorder for filming my videos and I was wondering if anyone has any tips on what kind to get or any recommendations.

I already have a great digital camera and I would like to have better quality videos. Something comparable to my pictures.

I’m looking to spend $200-ish maybe $300 if I can’t find good quality in the 200s.

If anyone has any tips on what to look for I’d love to hear it.
