Hey I would like some honest answers…..Is it actually legal to sell dirty panties? Can I get into any sort of trouble? What are the risks involved, if any? I’d like to sell but I would like to make sure it’s legal first.
March 22, 2006 at 10:41 pm #6968AnnaMemberThe way I see it is that it is no different to selling second- hand clothes.
It’s just that we’re not washing them first.
Nothing illegal about that is there?

March 22, 2006 at 11:29 pm #6970WhirlygirlMemberGood point Anna.
March 22, 2006 at 11:44 pm #6971Delicious_JessMemberWhile there’s no one law against panty selling it is against Royal Mails terms to send them (and most other non uk co’s)as they are recognised as a Biohazard. Biohazardous stuff is (legally) sent in safe boxes here, which makes sense. It protects Mr Postie from accidents.
If your country allows it but you send them in to a country that doesn’t then we’re breaking the law. When you fib on the declaration form you’re breaking the law. Asia and such do not like panties coming across the border. It’s illegal in China I believe. I think they passed a specific law on it.
Like I say there’s not one specific law against it but if you really look in to I’m sure we violate plenty of little laws. It pees some panty sellers off to hear this but it’s good to be info savy. To be completely legal you need to hand deliver. Lovely for the gent but would cost a bit in petrol!! 🙁

March 23, 2006 at 12:13 am #6972AnonymousGuestIllegal in the USA as well. To be legal, you need to send via UPS or Fedex as hazardous materials. This will run you around $100.00 to ship within the lower 48 states plus appox. $25.00 for a special biohazard container. The postal service will not ship (knowingly) biohazard items period. You will pay a large fine and do heavy time in federal prison if caught.

Claiming my panties are worn by a hot dish
In fact the aroma comes from a smelly fishMy scam was working very well so i thought
Until the day my luck ran out and i got caught
So it’s up before the Judge to learn of my fate
I now have a new home courtesy of the state
Having got sent down to do time in the slammer
Would you believe it? my cell mate is another scammer!                    🙂
March 23, 2006 at 9:35 am #6981AnnaMemberHi Whirlygirl
To explain about the comment of the mackerel oil take a look at JimmyP’s blogspot. http://used-panty-selling.blogspot.com/
Make up your own mind if this is a serious ‘business’ aka SCAM he has or just a ‘made-up piece of crap’ from a fantasist.
But whatever he says, make sure you read and take note, the guy is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to panty selling, he knows everything, how to impersonate women, how to illegally advertise, how to scam buyers…he even knows about……wait for it…..’dirty puss‘Â I quote:
I’ve found over the years that many women who sell their panties suffer from what is known as dirty puss.
When I read that I was shocked, I hotfooted down to the surgery and I checked with my doctor who confirmed that ‘dirty puss’ isn’t anything he knows about! So kudos to JimmyP for leading the progress in modern gynaecology.
Alternatively, think about it, he impersonates women and he thinks we all smell of mackerel oil and flax oil…..even though he reckons his own ball sweat is indistinguishable from our pussies….hmm, so know we now where he got the idea of mackerel oil from eh? :rolleyes:Â
He clearly hasn’t been near a puss in years, dirty of otherwise.

March 23, 2006 at 12:28 pm #6984KroozeMemberI have no idea about the rules in other countries but it seems that here in the U.S. it is a matter of local laws. Sending pee and poop qualify as hazardous materials and are subject to the postal code but worn panties just don’t seem to fall into that catagory.(MY OPINION!!!)
In all the history of panty selling, there is no record of anyone being arrested for it. The only case where it was stated in the newspaper that a panty seller was arrested for it was misinformation as the girl was really arrestd for violating community standards for things on her computer that were deemed ‘obscene’ locally! Had she lived in New York or Los Angeles or somewhere less ‘redneck’, the issue would never had been brought up.
I guess I look at it as what are they going to prosecute? There are tons of laws in parts of the country against unmarried sex, oral sex, etc but does law enforcement have the time or inclination to persue ‘criminals’ in these matters?
The most that ever happens is panties are ‘confiscated’ by customs people when crossing borders. Those lucky customs bastards! I am looking into a customs job checking mail between Canada and the Us! What a gold mine that would be!!!!

March 23, 2006 at 4:50 pm #6990WhirlygirlMemberI think he may be right Anna, lol….oral sex in my state is against the law and the punishment could be up to 10 years in prison, lol. It is what we call one of our “blue” laws, not really enforced, thank goodness!
Anyways, thanks everyone for the helpful tips! I’m gonna do some snooping on the laws in my state, and some federal laws.
March 23, 2006 at 4:53 pm #6991andieMemberNo joke, the state of Mississippi just passed a law making it illegal to buy or sell sex toys in the state. If you live there you are breaking the law if you own a vibrator.
Krooze is not kidding about the laws. Certain sex acts (even between a husband and wife) are illegal and punishable with imprisonment in certain States, Cities, or Counties here in the US.
March 23, 2006 at 4:59 pm #6992WhirlygirlMemberWow I didn’t know they passed a law about sex toys here. I do live in MS. I’m breaking the law in more ways then I’m aware of! lol. It truely is silly, time to move!
March 23, 2006 at 5:00 pm #6993AnonymousGuestGive me a break guys. A girl asked for advice and I was the first to offer help. I mentioned nothing about my business or my blog. Those who felt they had to bring up what I do and call attention to my blog are the ones who have a problem, not me. Here’s a hint, if my business bothers you, stay off my blog and mind your own business. I’ve been given the green light by the people who run the auctions so I don’t think it is anyones concern.
Note to owner of panty hog: I hope you are aware that I gave your site a nice plug on my blog. 😉
