MemberI have a similar pole up on my site and found that G-strings are #1 and Thongs are #2 by far!

MemberHmmm that is interesting. I sell far more full back/bikini type panties than anything else. Thongs come in 2nd and g-strings 3rd. Maybe my clients are more pussy orientated than ass-funky who knows LOL

MemberI know there was a girl in S. Carolina arrested on obscenity charges for selling panties a few years ago. She plead guilty. I don’t know how the sentencing came out, because I could never find any info on that. Obscenity laws in the US are very difficult though, because there’s no black & white/right & wrong when it comes to obscenity laws. It typically just comes down to a prosecutor or politician who decides he wants to make an example of someone. In the case in S. Carolina, it was a senator who was up for re-election and wanted to prove that he was tough on obscenity and porn. As was mentioned earlier… this is probably more of an issue of illegally mailing ‘hazardous materials’ than illegaly selling used garments.

… I don’t know how the sentencing came out, because I could never find any info on that…Amy, the reason you can’t find out about sentencing is because that’s the case I referred in my post and have mentioned before. The news article said she was arrested for selling panties but it ended up she was arrested for what was considered indecent materials on her computer. Honest.
The reason I know this is because I was a customer of her’s and have actually chatted with her since that all happened.
Either way, there are thousands of panties sold every year and we’re talking about maybe one person getting in trouble for it. I’d say odds are pretty slim that prosecution for selling panties is something to be faced.

MemberAgreed Krooze… though I’m not an attorney, or a politician… so my opinion is worth exactly what I charged for it. 🙂

MemberActually, since you are not a politician or attorney, your opinion is worth way more than that! smt

MemberI was worried about the legalities when i started, a few mere months ago. But i figure th cops have a lot bigger fish to fry than a girl selling her panties. Heck, I’m sure some cops probably buy panties, so they probably wouldn’t want to prosecute! 😉
