Hi Girls,
How do you deal with a customer if he says he never received the package you sent him? I’ve never had a problem before (at least that anyone’s contacted me about) and I even put my return address on the package. He’s a brand new customer so I don’t know if I’m being taken, but if he never did receive the package, I don’t want him to think he’s just been ripped off. Any suggestions?
KacieMarch 15, 2007 at 6:26 am #13997AnonymousGuestive onlycome accross it once, and as it was a regular buyers of mine, i sent a replacement. i only offer one replacement though.
not sure what u can do with a new seller. might be good idea to tell u buyers that they can either pay for postage of goods with special delivery/recorded or normal post at own risk, i dunno.but royal mail was on watch dog last night and it wasnt good, they lose 15 millions items of mail a yr.
im certainly planning on changin the way i post my items.March 15, 2007 at 6:19 pm #14006jazzyMemberThere is always two sides to this kind of thing.
1. the guy is genuine and only telling the truth.
2. the guy is at it and is taking a chance on getting more.Once you have a regular list of clients you will get to know them and have a gut feeling when they are telling the truth or not.
Safe bet is to send a replacement, but do remember him and see if he re-orders.just a thought.

March 15, 2007 at 7:36 pm #14009Jessia_Jones_666MemberYeah I saw that on Watchdog EBONY GIRL. Top show! My advice is to offer him another pair. I do hope this helps 🙂
March 15, 2007 at 8:18 pm #14010mikegukMemberKacie,
Its all a matter of trust as to whether your buyer got them on or not and is telling the truth. I would go with your own gut feeling to decide whether to post another pair to him.
As for claiming from the post office, how would you discribe what you have lost?
MikeMarch 16, 2007 at 1:19 am #14046tastykacieMemberThanks for the advice. I don’t think I’ll be claiming anything for the sake of my privacy and my customer’s. I think I’ll offer a replacement pair and see how it goes, just in case he is genuine.
March 16, 2007 at 11:16 am #14057Jessia_Jones_666MemberYes you’re right Mike as I said I have done it with eBay I suppose for panties etc it would be a no go. So I changed my mind and say just make another pair of creamy, delicious panties 🙂
March 16, 2007 at 11:30 pm #14073tastykacieMemberOk, so now I really don’t know what to do. The original order was for a 48 hour wear panty. I offered a replacement 24 hour wear panty just to see if this one gets there, and if he wants to order again, I would give him a deal on the price. Instead of even responding to my suggestion, he says that I ripped him off and he’s going to tell everyone and report me to panty trust.
What now:huh:?? I’m really getting upset by this.March 17, 2007 at 7:29 am #14075Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberPanty Trust cant do much when the guy is a liar. You have all the communications right? .. so don’t worry about it – in fact why not complain about HIM to Panty Trust, so they know which buyers are out to rip off the girls!!!
March 17, 2007 at 3:21 pm #14085tastykacieMemberYep, I have all of the back and forth emails, including me making him a replacement offer and him completely ignoring it. I wrote back to him yesterday telling him that I would work with him to come up with a solution we’re both happy with. Haven’t heard anything yet……
March 17, 2007 at 5:01 pm #14088Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberKacie, dont worry – there are always guys out there who rip off the sellers, it isnt always the buyers that get burnt occassionally. As long as you have proof of your honesty, then he has no leg to stand on. If he continues to send you abuse, then go public about it – works like a charm. I don’t stand for ANY abuse whatsoever and neither should you.
We have panty trust for buyers … maybe someone should open up a buyertrust for us honest sellers
March 17, 2007 at 7:08 pm #14093Kinky KateMember“Buyer Panty Trust”…I LIKE IT!!! A spot where sellers can leave feedback about their buyers, buyer profiles, etc.
Fantastic Idea! -KateMarch 17, 2007 at 8:39 pm #14098mikegukMemberYup its a great idea. A bit like i tried to do when i started my own review blog, but i have now deleted. Perhaps one of the other buyers could launch a blog and ask buyers to leave feedback about there favorite sellers. I know i would leave feedback on it.
MikeMarch 17, 2007 at 9:09 pm #14099Kinky KateMemberMike, you were reviewing sellers. We are talking of the opposit…sellers reviewing buyers.  -Kate
