Well, I heard back from him and he’s still saying he didn’t get anything and saying he wants what he ordered or a refund. Then telling me he’s not sure if he’ll ever order from me again (I won’t take another order from him anyway). So, to put an end to this, I told him I’d send a new pair with delivery confirmation. At this point, I’ll take this as a loss just to get it to go away.
I should’ve known this was trouble right away when he said I’ll pay x amount or forget it. I said to look elsewhere then because my prices are set. He ordered a few days later at my set price. And now this.
