Might have been scammed

First off, greetings to all as I am new here. I purchased a pair of panties about 3 weeks ago from a girl with a zero rating(I know, I should have gone for somebody with a decent rating but, figured somebody had to be first) and I haven’t received the panties nor heard back from her in a couple weeks. After the auction we sent a few messages and I sent her the money via paypal. She even discussed with me what she was going to use to mail them in but, since then I’ve gotten nothing. How long should I wait before I can officially say I’ve been scammmed and what can I do about it? I’m obviously not going to file anything with Paypal but, would like to know what I should do here.

3 weeks with no communication is a long time, especially if you’re trying and she isn’t responding to your emails. Whenever you decide enough is enough… “you” may not want to say anything to paypal… but an anonymous tip-off might be in order 😉

And let us know who she is, please!

prettyohiogirl is the seller in question. If I don’t hear back in a few days from the latest email I sent then she’s a scammer. I’ve tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but, she could at least send an email.

Is prettyohiogirl a member of Panty Hog? Panty Bid? Where? If it is here or on Panty Bid send a message to Admin and let him know and she’ll get banned.

You could always try a chargeback with Paypal but you risk getting your account closed for misusing their service. There is no point in actually complaining. They’ll just say it serves you right.

This is an outrage. I am stunned that sellers still insist on using PayPal as well. Especially a seller from here!

I am so sorry to hear about this .. but two rules you should always bare in mind are:

Never use PayPal
Always ALWAYS use girls that are Panty Trust Verified.

At least this way by using a Verified Girl you get a mediation service if anything went wrong. However, girls that are genuine and have gone to the trouble of getting themselves Panty Trust Verified wouldn’t dream of ripping off a buyer anyway.

It’s really up to the seller what types of payment she is willing to accept. As a buyer you then need to decide if you can use those payment methods. The only online payment processor you can use is Alertpay, after that you are looking at money orders and online gift certificates.

I took a look and the topless girl in the photo doesn’t look like the same girl the crotch shot is from. I’m itching to ban this one’s IP bigbear75 so they are gone for good. I want to make sure you can still get a hold of the seller though. You have the email addresses?

I would still file a claim with Paypal regardless if it was a transaction that was allowed or not.

As always, if anybody comes across a bad seller or buyer on Pantybid, please make sure to let me know. I will ban them from all Panty Hog sites and I send out a word of caution about the person to the owners of other panty sites. I have to be aware of the problem first though. Just let me know, I don’t bite, and it benefits everyone in the community to have the bad apples gone.

I’m just giving her until Monday to get back with me. If I don’t hear from her by Monday after work then ban away. Yeah the pics do look different so, I guess I should of noticed that and known better. Caveat emptor… buyer beware. I’ll take the loss on this one. I’m not going to risk my paypal account over this as I ebay pretty heavy and don’t want to screw anything up. I’ll take one for the team so, nobody else should have to deal with her. I know there was one other auction she had. I’m not sure if anybody won that or if it just expired without any bids. I may not be the only one.

That’s horrifying. I must say you are taking this very well, I personally would be outraged.

It’s sad when this stuff happens…If they want money why don’t they just run a cut and paste porn site where at least everyone gets what they want.

I just don’t get it. I hope you win something awesome on ebay to make up for it. I’m wishing really hard. 😉
