Hmmnn…I could see the logic of that, but I’d think you would have to drink an awful lot of pee for it to work!

I’ve found a good use for my Mooncup contents…I have a very eager sub who wants to dispose of it in a novel way 😉
May 27, 2006 at 10:14 am #8399AnonymousGuestAs for menstrual blood: as part of my Gender studies, I attended lesson about blood magic that ancient women performed. They were creating dolls and panting them by blood. In ancient china, scrolls written by menstrual blood were considered to be the most powerfull talismans ever…
May 27, 2006 at 12:02 pm #8400AnnaMemberIt all makes so much sense, menstrual blood is powerful, it contains the tissues that supports life.
I never realised they wrote scrolls with it, that’s amazing! Were the scholars male or female?
May 27, 2006 at 1:32 pm #8401AnonymousGuestBasically, it were magicians or occultists. Female. Only a woman was able to touch menstrual blood without the fear of its power. It was said that only women know the mystery, so if someone would want to steal it, he would be cursed.
May 28, 2006 at 11:40 am #8424cherieMemberThat’s very interesting Silver Cat, and I’m not at all surprised such a tradition exists. I am rather of the opinion that the emphasis of pee over period in the Femdom arena is indicative of how much the whole thing is about his fantasies rather than her needs.
On a side note – my little girl barged in on me recently just as I was about to put a tampon in, and naturally demanded to know “what’s that?” I am having some very interesting (and often awkward!) conversations with her lately about stuff like periods and where babies come from. For all the time her brother has spent playing with himself, he’s never inquired about any of this.

Interesting because although the subs love to be peed on, or in, it’s about the Domme marking Her territory and showing him how beneath Her he is by allowing him to indulge in Her ‘champagne’. Although I can honestly say I don’t get turned on by peeing on, or in, them I do feel more powerful after I have done so.
Hmm, interesting though nonetheless…
May 28, 2006 at 12:45 pm #8430cherieMemberAnna – the question is, would it be a more powerful territorial marking and emblem of your power/his submission if you marked him with your menstural blood rather than with your urine? Would YOU get more pleasure out of it, and would HE get less?
I know a LOT of women who say they get very horny during their periods, and comparatively few men, even among submissives, who are willing to bloody their hands (or anything else), by engaging in sexplay during menses. Thus my speculation that the general choice of urine over menstrual blood is a male-driven thing.

CherieMay 28, 2006 at 12:58 pm #8432AnnaMemberAh, I see your point now…well yes, out of all the subs who have mentioned toilet duties only the one has actually asked for the ‘Ruby Wine’.
In the hunting fraternity here it is often the case that blood from the fox is dabbed on the forehead of riders new to the hunt, a sort of traditional initiation.
I think me that I have a wicked idea…that’ll sort out the real subs from the kinks…….*wicked laugh*
May 28, 2006 at 4:05 pm #8436AnonymousGuestI got this idea of making special items as I am skilled in eastern occultism – for example luck charms and such. I am thinking about trying even the blood scroll. That I call caligraphy, lol 😉
