new chat

ok so i have an issue with the new chat system i can see the window, but not any text in the box, or bar that i type or some one else types. does anyone know how i could go about fixing this?
like i said i can see the window and the chat menus and such but not any text. thanks.

It sounds like your firewall or browser security settings are too restrictive for the chatroom. You get a popup window with the chatroom correct? You might want to try adding Panty Hog to your “safe sites” or “trusted sites” list and see if that helps. What browser are you using, IE7?
