NOCHEX HELP!!

Hi guys,

I cant believe it NOCHEX have closed down my account with them for selling adult items!! Has this happened to anyone else? I have had them for over a year now !

Any suggestions? Is there any more payment processors out there that are as easy to use?

Wow, I didn’t think NoChex would be so nasty? :angry: I haven’t heard of any person having trouble like this before with them. Another payment company? Who knows there are several new ones that have been mentioned but they all suck as far as I see.

I continue to use the big one. The thing is that it is easy for me because I closed my website and stopped doing auctions awhile ago so they can’t find any evidence of what I sell. They look and that’s what kills you. That’s why I took my site down. Before I did I built up a good base of return buyers. Auctions have the same problem of letting PP know what you are selling, besides, the adult auction site owners are making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year off our hard work. I got tired of doing all the work and giving my money away to them while they sat back on their assess.? :unsure:

I’ve been happy with my repeat business, and if I feel like finding some fresh buyers I just visit another girl’s site and go to her guestbook. There are always buyers signing the guest book and leaving their email addresses. I email them and let them know that whatever price the girl that owns the site is offering I can beat it. It works. LOL!

As a girl with a guestbook, Judy, I invite you to knock yourself out, but be prepared to register a few email addresses because they’ll all end up in the deepest darkest depths of the Spam filterl!!

Insulting a girls customers by being so underhand won’t score you many points, especially if the customers are loyal/close to that girl. Price isn’t everything.

Not sure I’d brag on here about trying to poach another girl’s visitors/customers…  that is, if I wanted to make friends in the used panty community.

My advice, Angelina, is if a payment processor doesn’t allow adult items, don’t use them for panties.  As simple as that.  If you take that risk and get caught, you deserve the fine/consequences.

Hi Angelina, I have no idea why Nochex have shut you down, unless you had started to offer more intimate things than just your panties.? I know of a lot of escort sites, dogging sites and even sites that sell R18 DVDs etc have also recently been banned from Nochex.? 🙁

In regards to Nochex I think the best thing would be to encourage your customers to not enter kinky comments/messages in to any of your Nochex forms. Or use anything other than professional sounding descriptions on your site forms. Let’s face it, poor Nochex shouldn’t have to read our kinkyness!

I honestly can’t see any reason on Nochex’s T&C’s as to why they’d start to pull panty girls accounts but maybe being discreet is the best way of us not being noticed. It may be that the escorting industry is a bit too “adult” for their liking.

I think we send a fair amount of money Nochex’s way TBH so maybe if we keep out heads down, be discreet and behave we won’t be caught in the next cull. After all they are not completely anti-adult.

Um, don’t you ladies think you might be overacting just a tad? I didn’t even think much of anything on including my comment about the guest books. I really see nothing unethical about it at all. Most panty buyers enjoy buying from a variety of ladies. Just because someone signs your guestbook doesn’t entitle you to dictate who they can buy from in the future. Even if someone only buys from a specific lady and I email them what is the big deal? It’s not like they don’t see ads for other sellers around. I’m really surprised by the reaction here. I was simply trying to answer Angelina’s question, not start a tiff.  bb

I wouldn’t do it, not so much because it’s a slight on the other girl, but because it’s spamming.

If I were a buyer I wouldn’t buy from a girl who spammed me either, but guys can be really obtuse sometimes.  Which is why spam still exists!
