That should be fine – I think the box length was only one character too short! Does he need to resubmit?

    Thanks 🙂

    PK,
Question about panty seller of the year nominations, You say they have to be a member for at least one year, is that from today`s date or the date when voting starts?

It should be from the date that you nominate them. Todays’s date. This rule came about after discussion here last year. The Seller of the Year award is the the top award in all of panty land and thus we want it to represent a pretty significant achievement. Members here last year, and I agree, felt that it would be next to impossible for someone who say has been selling for only two months, to achieve this level of achievement simply because they haven’t had the time to do so. This is why we added the less restrictive categories.

The awards are given by the used panty community however so the majority vote of the community makes the rules. If a number of people feel this rule needs to be adjusted, it is always open to discussion.

    Thanks PK,
That narrows it down some what! lol  So before nominating any one, you 1st have to see when they 1st joined PH.
Ok i`m off to check now  😉 time to put my  :police: uniform on

    Mike,

Actually, it doesn’t matter when or even if they ever joined Panty Hog. The year just applies to how long they have been selling panties. Of course it was great that last year’s winner, Cindy, was very active here, but you don’t have to be a member of Panty Hog to nominate or to be nominated. This event is open to anyone that sells used panties, it doesn’t matter if you’ve ever stepped foot here previously.

This does raise an interesting point though doesn’t it? How does a buyer know how long a seller has been active? Sellers may say on their sites or listings that they have been in the business for x number of years but what about the newer sellers? How do you establish when a seller has started selling? (from the buyer’s point of view).

Would you nominate a seller and hope you had their ‘length of service’ correct?

Would you ask the seller how long they have been selling before you nominate them?

Should we sellers state here and now how long we have been selling to make it easier for the buyers?

Well for the Oddie buyers! they know who has been around for, but as you say, its harder for the newbies to know unless the seller state`s on there website/blog or store. So maybe it would be best if all sellers were truthful in how long they have been selling and perhaps even post within PH? if I was unsure how long a seller had been selling, then in this case i would ask the seller before nominating them for any award.

Oddie buyers? As in Bill Oddie? Goody goody yum yum?

Okay well seeing as you’re all DYING to know if you can nominate me for Panty Seller of the Year – you can’t – I’ve been selling for 9 months only.

Mike, don’t sweat it too much. We have to contact each nominee to see if they accept the nomination, and then work with them to create their nomination page. We (Panty Hog) can look further into length of selling then. That doesn’t mean anyone should nominate someone that they know doesn’t meet the criteria!

Have you ever had a nominee not accept a nomination?
