Non payers

Ladies,
I have a few question`s for you all.

1. What do you do about non payers on items ordered via your site or won on a auctions?

2. What do you do when sent a payment via snail mail and something is wrong with it, i.e. not cashable were you live or payee name filled out when it should of been left blank?

3. Do you add them to a non payer`s list and let other seller`s know?

4. How long do you allow items to be on hold for?

Due to my own personal reason`s, i have sometime`s not be able to pay straight away, but have always let the seller know before hand, whether it be for an order from there site or a listed auction.

Perhaps the guys could also comment on this too?

1. I don’t do anything about non payers on my site – I don’t worry about it, the panties always get ordered by someone else.

2. I was once sent a cheque filled out incorrectly – I emailed buyer and he sent replacement cheque – no probs at all.

3. An order isn’t an order until payment is received so again non-payers are no hassle for me. My waiting times are based on paid-for orders.

4. I’ll reserve for a week for new buyers. For trusted gents the panties are marked up as SOLD immediately (but the gents pay within days anyway).
