Hmm..I haven’t noticed the email regarding this. Did you use the contact link on the site, or did you contact the “PK” account at the auctions? I set the PK account up basically to test the system when I was putting it together, make sure that you use the site contact form or IM me here for fastest help.
We had a “one strike and you are out” policy with the auctions before. If this is okay with everyone, we’ll keep that, or whatever others would like to do. Do make sure that you give the buyer at least a week and send them a couple of reminders before reporting them for the walk to the gallows. I don’t want to ban anyone who legitimately will use the auctions. However, there is no reason to keep members who bid and don’t pay either. I think some other auction sites’ policies of not doing anything about nonpaying bidders is complete crap. Sure, on those sites and on ours, a seller can ban a bidder, but why in the hell would they want nonpaying bidders to be free to go and do it to another seller? :ohmy: Actually, I do know why they let it go on, and it is pretty greedy and not in any way beneficial to sellers. I have no interest in having that here, and I’m pretty sure our members don’t want it either.
