November 5, 2008 at 12:39 pm #24026Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberWhy for starters do you use PayPal?
November 5, 2008 at 1:28 pm #24029anniMemberWear the next pairs while you are waiting to figure out when to send this guy his. Not sure why he’s nervous…maybe he’s never bought a pair before and you should explain your packaging in order to put him at ease. I’ve had a few guys ask me not to put my name on it, of course I would NEVER put my name on it.
Don’t be irritated. Have patience but try to be clear. Sometimes things need a little extra care.

You have left positive feedback for this guy:
| Date: Oct. 30, 2008 21:16:55 | Type: purchase | From: Angel
You’re a very FUN boy! Thanks for being so fast on payment, Hope you come back! xoxo Angeland so have 4 other sellers. http://www.pantybid.com/auctions/user_reputation.php?user_id=102414
I think you’re overreacting It seems to me as he’s simply not ready to receive the goods for personal reasons and he’s a little shy.
Also, you have openly admitted to be using PayPal on this very forum, which I’m sure it will result in his and your accounts been frozen.
November 5, 2008 at 5:20 pm #24038PonygirlMemberI think unfortunately you just have to deal with being messed about sometimes (although I think that this guy sounds ok, he has paid you after all!). The nature of the items that we are selling means that inevitably some buyers will change their minds or have specific times when packages can and can’t be sent. There will also of course be some timewasters. I have quite a few orders placed that are not followed up with a reply or payment, I don’t bother getting irritated, I just make sure that I really appreciate my reliable, loyal buyers, who make it worthwhile! Don’t put up with any crap, but also don’t get annoyed with every transaction that doesn’t run as smoothly as you would like, or you will end up seriously frustrated!
November 6, 2008 at 1:29 am #24046AnonymousGuestthanks for the advice ladies! now that i read serenas reply, i did get an email today saying my account is frozen

November 6, 2008 at 11:42 am #24050anniMemberI finally got the joke from another thread, Serena. Asking her to name her paypal address.

Good luck with that Angel! Paypal are mean and won’t do you any favours unless they legally have to.
Make sure you don’t use Paypal in the future!!

November 28, 2008 at 9:07 pm #24272TululaMemberI was wondering if anybody had a buyer request and order and pay and then waffle around for three weeks about whether they really want the item or not? What should I do? One day they want it the next day no!! Should I just send it anyway??
As for the ones who order and never pay or reply how long do you wait normally before relisting the item?
November 28, 2008 at 9:28 pm #24273SerenaMemberDon’t send anything unless it has been paid for!!
If the buyer is waffling after he’s paid, ask him to email you when he’s ready to receive the parcel and not before 😉Is this the same person Angel was having troubles with?

Give them 3 days* and if they don’t reply give their details to Admin so he can dump them. It might be an idea to state on your listings that you give only 3 days to pay, that way they can’t come back and complain that they were on holiday or something.
*I’m only saying 3 days because I usually have to pay for my ebay purchases within 3 days of winning. It’s up to you how long you want them to pay for your goods.
