HEy, I sent a package to Canada recently,  and Today I checked my mail and found it was returned to me.  IT has a sticker on it that says not addmitted ot Canada and no sender name in Arabic numeral or Roman numerals.. So what the heck?  Why was my package refused?  ther were no roman numerals or aribic writing on my package…so I have no clue.  I’ve sent out of the country before with out an issue.  Should I just resend it?  IF anyone can shed some lite on this I would appreciate it.
    thanks

Canadian customs can be tough apparently but I don’t understand. Have you sent to Canada before? Did you have the appropriate customs label?

Roman numerals and Arabic writing? Eh?

Rewrap it, attach custom labels and try again – it’s worth a try.

    Hi,
No dont think I’ve sent to Canada before, jsut out of the country.  I had everything attacjed that the people at the post office put on it.  Yeah I filed out the customs thingy.  hmm ok I emailed my customer, and havent heard back, gues I will just try to send it again.  It wasnt opened or anything, just looks a bit beat up.

It said ‘No sender name’? I thought you always had to do that when you sent over borders?

I put my P.O Box as te return with no name thats how I got it back.  I didnt know I had to put a name on there and the post office guy didnt tell me to put one.  So I have to put a name on there?  I had no clue, I usually only send in te US, dont get a lot for out of the country.

I’m very surprised that your buyer didn’t give you the info you need.

Take the parcel to your post office and ask them why it came back – they should know.

    Hope you get it sorted.
