Someone asked today for an update on Panty Hog in Second Life. I figure it is about time for an update. Some may know that we tore down the original structure and have rebuilt with a more professionally designed building. In the mean time, Second Life has been talking about policy changes regarding adult areas in SL so we’ve been holding off a bit to see how this plays out. We may end up going to access to group members only. This would be a bit more inconvenient as it would stop people from just walking in and finding us, but joining the group is fast, free, and easy. Either way, the plan is to have the redo of Panty Hog in SL finished before the Golden Panty awards so that we can possibly include a party there as part of the festivities. When it is finished, you’ll find it easier to get set up and running as we’ll have preplaced auction and vending units that sellers can immediately stock.
Speaking of auctions, while we’ve been waiting out the adults only shuffle in SL, we have launched the first eBay style peer-to-peer auction house in SL. If you are in SL already or planing on joining, check out the auction house for some really good deals for skins, clothes, land etc. You can get a $900L high definition, photo-realistic skin right now for about $100L. If you want to try your luck with selling panties or photosets, the adult area of the auction house is on the second floor and plenty of auction units are available.
