Made a valentines one for my dearly beloved . It was purple and green and black stripes with a  big purple bow on the end ..hehehe
You basically knit a tube then lace a ribbon around one end , pull it tight then tie a bow ..
Voila One willy warmer.

lmao yep , I was rather short lived as a presenter though , the health and safety objected to me cooking in panties , basque and fluffy high heels !! hehehe
