Hi Jazzy
The main reason this was done I believe was because all our galleries and photos were being abused by an individual/s and were being constantly downrated over the last few days.

This is a fun site for everyone to join in, we are all equal and there is no need for such abuse – so if they think they had the last laugh, they didnt and they wont.

Just a shame for all the honest ones on here, that a few “nasties” have to ruin it for everyone!

Yes, as Cindy stated, the voting and comments feature has been turned off for the time being. Comments are safe in the database so when we turn these features back on, the information will return.

Yeah I noticed the strange attack of downrating yesterday morning on a quick check of Panty Hog.? I’m glad PK removed the ratings and comments for the moment.? This kind of thing sucks and is quite prevalent on the net in general, and is very obvious especially if you’ve ever ran a toplist on a site.? Very sad, very spiteful and always anonymous .. asshats!

Hello All,

The comment function has been restored to the gallery area. The hit count and rating functions have been disabled. Frankly, I’m not sure why the number of hits on a particular photo is important, but if people want it back, let me know. The rating system (1 to 5 stars) is likely gone for good. With the comment section, a viewer can express his/her thoughts regarding the photo better than with a star image anyway. The biggest change is that the gallery area is now open only to logged in, registered users. Registration is private, free and fast, and the rules are that you need to be a registered member to be here in the first place…so there you go. I’m always open to comments, suggestions, or alternative ways to address the gallery or anything else. As I’ve said, Panty Hog is here for the used panty community, and while I’ve taken the steps that I believe will ensure the “asshats” don’t spoil the fun in the gallery area, your opinion on how it should be set up is just as important as mine.  🙂

Thanks for that PK, the comments were a good, fun part of the Gallery and it’s good to see them back? :)? And making it so that only logged in? registered users can comment is a good way to keep them ‘real’!

Personally the number of hits shouldn’t be important and won’t really be missed .. except by the asshats who seem to think it means something? ;)? The ratings should have been a fun part of the system too, and in the main it was, but I’d say keep it off for good as some people can’t play nice.

Come on you Guests register why don’t you, I see a lot of new members joining and you can too! It’s free and private and fast as PK says, Come on you know you want to!

Many thanks for the comments section being available again in the galleries.As the hits can be overdone a comment i think is more sincere than just hits.I’m sure all the ladies will be pleased.

I like it this way, it’s a good incentive to join too. To be honest I don’t much like rating systems, someone has to be at the bottom so it’s not nice, but this is good. Thumbs up.

It seems that everywhere you go, there are people that go out of their way to be jerks. As much as I’m sad to see that happen here, this has been an opportunity to see how things get handled at Panty Hog. I have to say that I’m impressed with the speed and fairness of PK’s solution to the issue that surfaced.
