There’s been times when I’ve put loads of effort in to making an order special, putting in the extra time, freebies and what not, only to not hear off them. Did it not arrive? Does he think I’ve scammed him and not sent it? Will I be on the Rip offs page? Did he hate it? Did my naughtyness shock him? (!!)

It’s nice to have a quick “loved it” email, although I don’t think any less of any gents that don’t, if they come back again then I know Jess did good!  :laugh:

Sometimes no news is good news.  Quite a few times I have been emailed a few weeks later from a new client, actually when he is ready to order again and then he tells me how much he has enjoyed his first order.

I do ask when i send out my order that they let me know when the package has arrived safely etc etc but most dont.

I love getting feedback but dont go chasing up for it – if they liked it they will be back, and if they didnt like it, Im very sure you will hear right away.

I wouldnt worry about anyone appearing on the rip offs page – I imagine you gotta tick someone off pretty bad for someone to post there.  Not replying to e-mails, and ignoring complaints after orders etc will get the ball rolling in that direction.

I wonder if PK would make Pillow Talk a separate section on the forum?
.. anyone else fancy that?

I find it a bit unnerving not to hear back, at least with confirmation that the panties even arrived!

I think the best I can do (with my auction sales, anyhow) is to follow up once.  If there’s no response at least I gave the buyer a chance to bring up any problems.  The last thing I want to do is harrass people!

I always want to know “how I did”, though.  Was his world rocked (or unrocked?)  :cheer:
