I tried to join, but I keep gettng an error.  :angry:  I filled in all the info….including profile headline and description…everytime I click the next button I get an error that says ” Headline must be at least 2 character long.”  My headline is well over 2 characters.  I don’t know whats wrong.  mad

Hi Serena,

You are positive that you are filling in the “profile headline” with the red star next to it? It is about half way down the form just above the description box. I just tried it and didn’t see any trouble, and the others that signed up didn’t have a problem. What internet browser are you using?

Has anyone else out there found a problem with this? If so, please reply here.

Hi PK,

I also had a similar problem with signing up but it was a problem with the description rather than the headline.  The description was definitely over 150 characters but it was continuously rejected.  Also, each time it took me back to amend the description the character counter would display a random number rather than the actual number.  I ended up writing it in word so I could check that it was long enough and then copy pasting it in. In the end it accepted it but it took quite a few attempts!
