What do guys think of the quality of the knickers? The girls make very little out of this and if they buy better quality knickers would the guys be prepared to pay for them?
Its unfair to ask the girls for better brands without being prepared to up the payment. What do you girls think.?

I’ve been wondering this too because it isn’t feasible to buy $50 panties and only ask $25 for them, they would have to be marked up some degree.

I wonder because I’m tired of shopping at forever 21 for my delicates and would like to wear something of higher quality…but would guys mind paying $150 or so for one pair if they knew the pair costs $100 or more for the panty girl?

I love, wear and sell only good quality knickers, and by good quality I don’t mean branded.
You can buy a pair of panties from the Caprice’s Collection and spent the best part of 70Euros, only to find a label that says “Made in China’ and a material makes you hitch like hell!

What defines a good quality piece of underwear is purely the fabric.
Reticella (natural lace), calico (pure cotton) and tulle (thin silk) can make a simple pair of panties look and feel amazing, and they won’t hurt your wallet!

I think you have every right to ask a lady to shop around for good quality items, some girls will happily oblige, some might say no thanks.
Just be absolutely clear on your budget, requirements and time scales.

I have happily worn more expensive knickers for customers (I have only been asked on a few occasions though), but this has to be arranged first. For me there just isn’t enough profit in this to buy really expensive knickers, put them on my site and risk them not selling. I have a variety of items at a range of different prices (the sale price reflects the cost price) on my site but my cheaper knickers have always been by far my best sellers. If there was more demand I would buy more expensive knickers though.

I think you are absolutely right. One thing guys have to realise is that you Ladies can only wear one per of knickers a day ( if that).
When you look at the cost price and the selling price there really is very little margin to make. Personally I would prefer a better quality garment and worn in the appropriate way. So I know we are reading from the same page of the book.

The panties I sell come from lots of different shops and the purchase cost varies, but I set my prices consistently for all pairs because I think it’s more about the wearing and pics which accompany than just the panties themselves. I have bought and worn items specially for buyers before and this has worked fine. They choose something from a UK website and add an appropriate amount to the price they pay, for overseas buyers this can also work by buying an email gift voucher for the site the item is from.

I wish I had more of a disposable income to sepnd on lovely knickers… so the chance to try out some sumptuous high-end panties would be a dream… might have to force myself to send them to the buyer though!

I hope this post dose not come of the wrong way? This seem an interesting thread. I have brought from 2 lady’s here and payed what I consider a fair price for them. But I will like point out that not ever one on here is on what can be called a good wadge. I work as a kitchen porter (I think they are called bus boys in the US). I am payed about £5:85 PH. So for me personally I could not afford to pay out £70 or £80 plus for a pair of worn panties.

Annilyn, when i first started selling my panties, i went to victorias secret and “bought in bulk”. They had a sale going on- buy 3 get 2 free, buy 2 get one free, or whatever. i ended up buying 8 pairs of really cute, really well made panties for $53, and if im doing this right in my head, i think that comes out to be $6something a pair. Try it! i could go to walmart and pay $6 for a single pair of panties, and they would fall apart on one lucky man after wearing them a few times. why would i want to do that? i dont, and thats why im sticking with VS!

Sadly there is no VS in the UK. 🙁 I go on the website and drool though… The UK is good for reasonably priced panties I reckon. La Senza, Miss Selfridge and sometimes Primark are all good value without being cheap and nasty, there are good bargains to be had at good old M&S and Debenhams too, in the sales! ‘Luxury’ panties aren’t always luxurious, as Serena says. I have a few pairs from Agent Provocateur, all made in China and Indonesia!!

M&S are excellent quality, some good bargains out there on the high street. I always check the seams, stitching etc, before I buy a pair of panties. It isn’t just the price of the panties that has to be taken into account, there are the pics, the cost of packaging and postage not to mention the time wearing the item. I doubt many guys are interested in designer labeled panties more about where they have been 😉

In my experience, a lot of men that buy panties end up wearing them themselves, so really it comes down to how much the LOVE lingerie!
