Hello Ladies, I’m here to cry and rant about a complaint that I just received 🙁
I have been selling my draws now for 3 and half years!
I have never had a complaint and my first thought was he is lying to get his money back or to receive something for free..lol… I never trust anyone:-(So we decided to chat cam to cam!
Now I live in Canada and this customer lives in Australia.
Quite the distance between.I shipped his package out just before the Easter holidays by air mail with takes 5 days – 7 days max.
I wrap the wet part of my packages 2 plastic then seal them in a zippy, the wrap in tissue paper then seal in another zippy. The package arrive in Australia in 8 days because of the Easter holidays.
The Aussie customs had opened it because they said it was suspicious..lol.. they read my letter and opened the pantie package and looked at the photos
When they were done, they put a letter in the package stating that they have opened it for suspicious reasons, but nothing was removed and it was sealed back up and sent to my customers PO BOX! This is how he received his present 🙁
Now the more hurtful complaint is that he said my pantie was very strong scented and smelled almost like ammonia
I wore this panty for 72 hours and then it sat in that postage package for 8 days, I do believe the longer a panty sits the stronger the aroma is going to be?
As my juices are strongly scented to begin with and I send a warning to clients who order for more then 24 hrs wear with me.
Know we talked for quite a while and in the end he is telling me that he will just air them out and that will help sutle the smell..lol..
and that everything is okay and not to worry.Except I feel like a bag of shit and I do worry because I know that even if its just a little he is ubhappy. So I offered him a years membership to my vip area for free and if there is something else that he fancies to let me know and it is one me!
Now for my Questions:
Now I was told that when sending over sea’s it might be better to vaccume seal my packages:huh:
How do I do this and where do you go to get vaccume seal?..lol..
Sorry for the rant…thank you for listening and if you have any input, suggestions or an idea to help me it would be very appreciated!

I can’t work out why you feel so bad….what’ve you done wrong? The buyer must have realised the amount of time shipping would take from you to Oz, I mean what did he expect? That the panties would be as fresh as a daisy?
From your questions I’m assuming that he was assuming that you have a vacuum sealer? If he assumed then that is his mistake not yours. He should have asked.
I’ve noticed a few US girls have them perhaps they can tell you where to get them over there?
Vacuum sealers in the UK are really expensive anywhere between £75 – £100. However, UK girls check out
Tchibo do one for £14.99. I’ve only used it the once but wasn’t brilliant, might be due to my incompetence though. I’ll keep practising.
Back to you Mi…..don’t feel bad because he assumed you used a vacuum sealer. His error not yours. Or have I assumed there?
Perhaps I’m mean but I wouldn’t give him anything extra, what did he expect for heaven’s sake?
Kudos to the Oz customs though, to repackage and send on his order smt
April 24, 2006 at 4:01 am #7762darkhairedkarenMemberHi Miami,
Have a look at the Wet or dry? thread I started… The ammonia smell is from the long shipping time (and maybe exacerbated by the warm weather). Airing them out will solve the problem. Now that it’s not winter, I plan on asking customers if they want me to dry out their panties before I ship them… Otherwise, if there’s an ammonia smell, they can dry them out when they receive them!
I don’t think the complaint is a big deal – please don’t be hard on yourself!  I think you’ve offered the dude good customer service, and he should be satisfied. smt
Love,
Allura

I agree that the ammonia smell should easily evaporate away.
You can get a vacuum sealer pretty cheap (around $30 US) at wal-mart or similar. The thing to keep in mind when vacuum sealing however is that any moisture in the crotch area of the panty will be drawn through the entire garment. This can result in your panty being a bit drier on arrival, and possibly in some lessening of the scent (because it’s spread over a larger area). To prevent this you can try sticking them in the freezer before vacuum sealing them, this trick works best if they’re very moist.
HTH! 🙂

April 29, 2006 at 4:04 pm #7894simplysensualMemberVac Sealers seem to work for some but there have been plenty of complaints that the bags give off their own odor and ruin the panty.
Allura is correct in that the wetter the panties, the warmer the weather, the more bacteria to cause some pretty ungodly auful odors.
As for stuffing panties causing bladder infections. Sure, any bad bacteria can cause it.
